I came into this store tonight with my 80 yr. old disabled mom. We both had to use the ladies room. Manager stated they didn't have one which is fine. I asked if she new a nearby place we could go. She rudley stated no. We went outside to use the restroom in the parking lot due to medical issues. We did our shopping spent $113.00. The manager stated rudely I could not take the buggy out which I know but had to put the bags in the buggy to get out of the way of the other customers. Manager rudely stated again In front of all customers That I couldn't take the buggy out. I asked her if she could please give me a second to set the bags outside so I could get my car and disabled mom. I'm a Property Manager in the area for 26 years, my mom and I didn't need this treatment. We will never shop at this store and tell all contacts not to shop there. It was a very unprofessional and bas experience my mom and I didn't deserve.

Its a literal coin flip if you are going to be ignored or not when trying to buy anything. They just sit in the lane talking and being in their own little world.

The customer service here is horrible.
Some super bad, nasty attitude having clerk named LaTasha refused strated the morning off pretty bad. She really did not want to help me a refused to process a return that came from a different family dollar.
If you don't want to work with people, you should get a dishwashing job.

Great customer service and the store manager is very respectful and has done a complete turn around she is very respectful and polite. Her name started with a T and she has blonde hair, I will be returning.

Food, candy and snacks are outdated. The customer service is piss poor.

This afternoon I came to the family dollar on Westinghouse Blvd and there were two men working, one who just started working, very friendly, and another with short hair who, since I arrived, was complaining and saying bad words. I went to ask the price of some things and he had a horrible attitude. He even told me to get out of his store. as if he were the owner. bad customer service. Horrible

Something needs to be done with this Family DOLLAR AND I AM SUING THEM!! went there today and was threatened, yelled at for simply asking why my coupon didn’t apply to qualifying purchase. A black male, acting as a manger had a horrible attitude, told us he “ wasn’t in the mood”, sucking his teeth like a female! I said if you don’t have customer service why are you working here? Are people not allowed to ask questions? They proceeded to deny me from paying for my items and told me to leave. Which was funny as now you all have to restock all the items I was going to pay for over $100 worth!!!! All of this with my elderly mother standing there menacing her as well!!!! I will also go on my very public YOUTUBE channel and post the interaction and show this “store manager” face on how he treats women and the elderly should be ashamed of yourself . DISGUSTING HUMAN!!! BEWARE AND GO AT YOUR OWN RISK OF BEING THREATENED.

This family dollar is rude they have a bathroom and instead of saying bathroom not available or anything they made me walk around asking every employee just to use the bathroom which I still didn’t. The lady at the register today was rude as well she kept rolling her eyes and was very impatient.I will never come back here again

Today it's lunch time 12:30 and no one is at the pizza area. Waited 10min no one showed up. They have lots of pizza behind the glass waiting. So I went to Marco's across the street.

Honestly, the store is a bit disorganized and there is rarely ever a person up front to help you check out. You normally have to go find someone to check you out. It's not that that person isn't working, they are usually stocking or something, so they are way understaffed. That's seems to happen alot these days. I assume it's because they don't pay well, so they can't get people hired. Another thing, the employees aren't the most pleasant either. You'll be lucky if they even speak to you. But again, they probably pay low, so they won't get the best people to work there.
