Love Kanesha! super nice and caring, I normally hate getting my finger pricked for blood, but I did not feel it at all when she did it. Last doctor that pricked my finger made it hurt more than a shot. She was great. Made my finger prick anxiety disappear.

I initially called to get xrays I was quoted $200.00 I came in 3 weeks later I received a bill for $300. I called in to have fix but instead of sending me a new bill with the correct amount they sent it to collections. Do not use this clinic.

First time visit very very impressed with services, atmosphere, and staff. When I ever need urgent care this will be my go to facility. Would like to thank Ms. M at front desk for her excellent service, MA "R" have a lot in common we are birthday twins very professional, and PA she was straight to the purpose of your visit. She get you in and out in no time. Reason for visit was Drug Screening and DOT Health Screening on 10/31/23.Thank you all for excellent service! See you guys in near future!

I was able to walk right in, fill out paperwork, wait 5-6 minutes till someone called my name, have work done, then leave. I love fast in-out patient care procedures. Only negative was a staff member brought busy 4yo child to work that was in back of office. Otherwise, nice experience. Yes, I have no kids, yet. ?

The front desk staff person was very professional and kind. I would make a suggestion that the patients are given all of the required documents/tablets to complete all at once. Given that this is an urgent care facility, I would imagine that best practice would be to have patients come in the least amount of contact as possible.The young man who called me from the lobby did not have the correct last name TWICE, and didn't seem to know what dosage of the vaccine I was supposed to receive. The woman who actually administered the vaccine did not have on gloves.

Very nice, professional and polite staff working there. From the Reception entrance to the doctor and of course the staff working close with the doctors too. It’s my second time I have been there in a short time twice and I always have very good experiences there. Love this place and keep up all your amazing hard work up.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appt and then sat for 40 mins for her to finally call me and tell me she hadn't fully checked me in yet so can't tell me where I'm at in line. If I were here for me and not my daughter I would've left. I will never be back.

The staff was very helpful and professional. At many urgent care clinics I feel like they are not really listening to my concerns, and that was not the case at all here. There was a long wait time, but this was due to it being a Saturday and high volume of clients. I was able to check in online and wait until they were ready for me to go in. I would recommend this clinic.

Probably the worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Went in experiencing projectile vomiting and inability to hold down food. There was no one there, and it still took 20 minutes to be seen. Another 15 minutes to get my vitals done, and then another 15 minutes to see the nurse practitioner.Nurse spent a total of three minutes with me, listening to my stomach, and ultimately saying that I had gastritis. She seemed ready to go home and at one point when I asked about an IV (by this time it was 4:40 and I had come in at 3:50) she told me that they were closing in 10 minutes and they couldn’t do it, even though I was in excruciating pain and couldn’t hold food down.Go here to get a Band-Aid put on, but I wouldn’t expect much more out of them, nor trust them with my health

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Everyone, from the time I walked in the door, was complaining about how people were showing up on their lunch break, despite the reality that the clinic was open and they were at their desks. Management's lack of staffing and preparation shouldn't be a problem for patients seeking care, urgently. The "doctor" lied about answers to questions like "is the patient complaining about chest pains and shortness of breath" as if those weren't two of the very symptoms that sent me to urgent care. Blood was drawn in an unnecessary test to prove what I'd already told them, I once had x therefore there SHOULD BE ANTIBODIES IN MY SYSTEM. Wasting time and money to pretend they're offering care and treatment, when they're really just pushing you out the door. I was sent home with a script for antibiotics for a uti I was told 2 days later I don't have, as if taking antibiotics needlessly isn't bad for ones health. No one has called with a referral or to continue care. They did nothing but give false hopes to someone who likely has a serious medical condition. You're better off expiring at home than wasting your time and money in this place that's only working to help end you. No one here practices medicine or offers care. It's just another system, where the "doctors" get paid to push unnecessary medication on sick people who need testing and treatment, not pills to mask symptoms highlighting real problems. This place should be shut down and the employees never allowed to work in health care again. Not until they care about the health of the patients coming to see them.

The stuff was fine, but the wait was longer. The paperwork was what took a long time. You had to write the same thing twice. And then you had to sean something to get more paperwork to fill out the same information that you had already filled out. You had to take pictures of your own documents.

Came in for a walk in employment drug screening, filled out paperwork and was brought back right away. The girls in the front and nurse were super friendly and helpful. Overall I spent 20min there literally in and out. Based off my experience I would give them 5 stars

The woman with the purple hair who checked me in was extremely rude and condescending, in a manner I have never experienced as a person seeking medical intervention. When she asked me my birth year, with my ID sitting in front of her along with the patient registration form and check-in form that contained the same information, she asked me out loud three times if I was sure I was born that year. Her words were, "you were born in 19xx??" "Yes" "REALLY??" "Yes" "are you sure??" When asked my parents information, I told her I didn't have the information she asked for, as this is an appointment for me and not for my parents, and she belittled me. I sat in the lobby for close to a total of 45 minutes waiting for this woman to complete my check-in. After the first 5-10 minutes, when she was unable to figure out the system, she began to take her frustrations out on me. If I had questions for her, she was extremely rude to me and cut me off without answering them. She couldn't figure out her own system that she uses every day at work, and she was treating me as if this was my doing. Imagine all the people made to be uncomfortable in a position where they're forced to divulge personal information about themselves and their family to this person, not to mention being belittled and made fun of for your age in front of her coworkers and the handful other patients standing behind you in the lobby.

To sum it up, the staff (Kanesha, Koquita, Carla, and Jordan) were none less that fantastic! From my most recent experience, you couldn't ask for a more hospitable, friendly and caring team!Kem.

This is my third visit here and the staff are not welcoming at all. It's like they are bothered that you came to their facility. My daughter and husband had the same experience on different occasions.Although this is close to home it's not for me. I recommend going directly behind them and go to Novant Family Physicians if you have a urgent need. They are always friendly and welcoming and you don't need an appointment.
