I scheduled a package pick up almost daily. For the past year I've had great service from the route driver. They've since changed drivers and the new one doesn't even come pick up packages. Each times it's a new excuse. "No one present." "No package available." "No access to pick up location." All of which are absolutely false. I understand I live in a townhouse community that numbered units weirdly, but call someone and ask where to go. This is absolutely unacceptable as I'm shipping HUMAN SPECIMENS and it is extremely important for them to be picked up and overnighted in a timely manner.

Very poor service. My package sat in the back room for ONE solid week. I had to call to check on the status, and the customer service rep lied to me on the phone about where my package was. After one week and 3 phone calls, the same package was delivered to my residence. So, 3 weeks later, my package was delivered back to sender.All the attendant needed to do was enter the information into the computer and print out a new label. ....I was the only person in the store,no long line, so I don't understand, except for poor work ethic, is all I can reason!!!!

I honestly only use this place to return packages and I haven't had a problem with that. Having said that, I could see if one had to do more business here that it could be problematic. The staff is not rude but you can the personalities eclipse the training. Also, should be put in the Shrubbery around the entrance as it attracts bees during the summery. This is definitely not ideal for the motion detecting opening doors. Which are accidentally triggered to open often. As the result of waiting area has no depth for even a few customers to be far enough from door motion detector.

Sent a package and never got on time. Customer service was not helpful and made excuses for why it wasn't delivered ontime. I will go with USPS fron now on. Don't waist your time and money.

Engagement ring shipped to this location from NYC - worst shipping experience I've ever had. After paying for overnight delivery and an extra fee to specify my delivery window my package was "delayed" by a day one minute after it was scanned into the Charlotte location. Upon calling customer service, they were not able to tell me why it was delayed, but directed me to bring my ID and tracking number to the store to pick it up. I took off work early to get there and they have no idea where my package is - I stood waiting for 20 minutes while they sifted around in the back looking for what I assume was my package stuffed in a corner somewhere. When it was finally found I was told that I wouldn't be able to pick it up because my address on my ID does not match my delivery address - something I specifically asked about with customer service and was told there would be no issue with. Thankfully I had the FedEX app with my address on it or I would've been SOL. If you need to ship something valuable, or honestly anything at all, I would not trust this store with it.

Lazy delivery drivers. took a week to deliver my couch after saying I "wasnt available" even though i was working from home and then left my couch boxes out ON THE CURB. in an apartment complex with dozens of people who could steal it! Hundreds of feet from my easily accessible apartment door. Are you kidding me?

The manager was great but the delivery drivers can’t be trusted - fortunately I have a RING camera, my delivery driver kept marking my package that required a signature, as ‘he attempted to deliver it’ - when he never even touched the steps before my door (I know because I can rollback my camera footage) I had to drive out 30 minutes to the Ship Center and raise hell to basically receive my package in person; this is sad when you don’t know what & who you’re delivering too, had I been waiting on medication that was time-sensitive this driver would’ve messed me up with falsifying delivery attempts, definitely should be reprimanded if not terminated, speaks poorly on the customer service I’m sure Fedex wants to offer & clearly this driver doesn’t like their job!

Numerous steps to climb to get to the door, I had to ask another customer for assistance in getting my package inside as there was only one employee available.

I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name last night. That may have been the best I've been treated ANYWHERE in a long long time! Thank you for going the extra milesssss to help me get that tube and get it shipped out on time. ONe Happy Customer, Carrie
