Truck #470081 held up a whole lane of traffic at 3:20pm today 8/20/25 on the side street of Target downtown. There was a big parking lot that he could have used to pull into just as the ups truck did. It was a man & woman. Working on that truck. Please address this matter with them

Easy to navigate to Fed Ex and very large parking lot. Security is top notch for employees and it's easy to drop off or pick up your family friends who work here right up front to go through security check gates.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is awful. My mattress was held for 9 days. It was shipped back and forth, between a dollar general and the Charlotte hub. The dollar general is no longer accepting packages. Me and my husband called every day. We were told it would come to the house. After a week nobody came to the door but the driver left a door tag on the mailbox. I called and said just hold the package in Charlotte. When we got to Charlotte the box looked like it had been rolled 100 miles through dirt and mud. I never give bad reviews. This place sucks. I will now avoid FedEx like the plague. Actually I'd rather have the plague than deal with this again.
Hire people that care.

This facility is not really big so getting around the yard or locating a trailer should not be difficult at all, now as far as waiting for your load it can be hit or miss but most of the time you have to be ready to wait for extended amount of hours until your load is ready especially if your not a FedEx driver.

If you are unloading or loading trucks they will work the hell outta you. U will come home with bruises daily. 90% of the time the product is heavy. Yes its fast pace job and on average you do 10-15 trucks if full time. If part time 5-10 trucks.
