Customer service was terrible. I asked for assistance twice and was completely ignored both times. I decided to leave and go to another location,as I witnessed the gentleman assist the customer that entered the store about 10 minutes after me. Went to East Blvd location. I give them a 5 ? very helpful.

Customer service here is horrible. The guy doesn't speak when Customer enter and he doesn't stop his task to assist anyone even with long lines. Doesn't ask any questions just head down and finish unloading these boxes.

I had to scan a multipage document and Fedex Kinkos was the first place I thought of. The process was seamless. The associate was very nice and helpful. It took all of 5 minutes to scan 30 plus pages. It was a little expensive, $.55 per page. Consider them for all your office needs.

Worst attitude ever!! I came in at exactly 07:54 pm 6 min before store closing, with a box to drop off nothing more, while they still have a customer printing done stuff inside one of the employees came fast to the door as they saw me coming ( you would think is because they trying to help me out by opening the door) just to shut the door in my face and change the sign to "we're closed". And as I wave my hand yo them to just ask if they can help me out they see me and turn their faces to the other direction ignoring my request.I'm never ever working with fedex anymore, UPS experience is much better. Fedex employee who did this to me, bro you got a nasty attitude.This happened on March 20th, 2023 at 07:54 pm

Don't get here 8 minutes before they close. The doors will be locked and 4 different workers will make eye contact with you once and then awkwardly try not to look at you again. Learn from my mistake of just standing there hoping to be helped with a labeled package just needing to be dropped off. Hope my father's dog makes it without his prescription dog food the next couple days. There was a shortage in their area and this package really needed to go out today. Consider changing your posted hours of operation, code of conduct or employees, FedEx.

Had an amazing customer service experience here. Needed to scan a ton of docs since my scanner at work was acting up and associate Dee was very friendly and helpful and patient. Then I had to get a package sent off and the store manager Lakeylia was extremely friendly and so helpful. I left with a big smile on my face. Good customer service seems so hard to come by these days so when you get it good it must be acknowledged! Great job guys!

If you are looking to play blues clues with the staff as well as being utterly disrespected and be refused to receive your own package, this is the place to be. PAUL one of the carriers or rude front desk associates whichever title you'd like to give him, refused to give us our package because the address on the package didn't match my ID. Which is understandable, IF only the address on the package didn't belong to this particular FEDEX location. (the entity I ordered from only allowed packages to be delivered to FEDEX, then you are instructed to pick them up) How am I supposed to get this locations address on my ID may you ask? I'm not sure, but I assume this rude, careless hasty obnoxious character of a man would be able to tell you himself even though he had trouble finding a solution right then. The remainder of the staff was helpful and stepped in after he'd gotten very boisterous in the front lobby. I suggest proper training be implemented IMMEDIATELY with the Holidays coming up and locations getting busier.
