Went in the morning and had the pleasure of meeting Brandon, process was seemless and he was very knowledgeable. Polite and quick. His customer service was indeed a welcoming one on an early Saturday morning.

Teron or however you spell it is rude. He acts like he doesn’t want customers coming in or to help them. I didn’t have this experience the last time I used this location but I won’t come back. I am sure there is a UPS store closer to uptown anyways. It doesn’t surprise me with the way northlake has been lately. Good luck keeping repeat customers.

I've come here a few times for personal use. I generally have my package already packed up and ready for shipment. This time it was not packed, and FedEx packed it for me. It was fragile and they packed it with extra bubble wrap and I was so thankful as the package meant a lot. Brandon was the main guy I worked with there. He was incredibly friendly and kind and extremely helpful. His store manager was also incredibly helpful!On top of that, the store was clean, organized, and everything was clearly labeled.Every employee there was helping someone else and I still didn't have to wait.I have been convinced to use FedEx from now on unless I *have* to use another shipping company.

I am beyond pleased everything single time I come to use FedEx services at this location.I cant even began to tell you how wonderful and kind Brandon & Larry are. Stephanie (the manager) is the worst of them all! She doesn’t know anything about International shipping nor do her employees, she isn’t properly trained. If you have ANY international business get it handled elsewhere you’re package will be detained by customs for MONTHS! Beware of this location

Do not trust FedEx to stand by their guarantee for overnight shipping. They will lie and say the package was scheduled to arrive right after the actual time it is delivered. I recently paid for priority overnight shipping for an envelope with important documents to be delivered by a specific time. I was informed the package would arrive by 10:30 am and that it was guaranteed. The package was delivered at 11:56 am and when I called to request a refund two separate revenue service representative’s lied and said it was guaranteed to arrive by 12pm. I not only have the shipping label that the gentleman at the FedEx location printed for me but also the envelope with the guaranteed 10:30 am shipment time. Every representative I speak gives me the runaround. So, beware of FedEx’s overnight services. They do NOT honor their guarantees.

Went for a simple print job, as I was intrigued by the banner printer for my small business yet the manager stopped what she was doing to tell me I couldn’t use it. She redirected me to the self print machine which gave me prints I did not like but was still charged for it . She did reprint my sheets for me which I am grateful for but for all the hassle I should’ve just went to the University location. They’re energy and customer service is unmatched
