Where do I start? The two ladies at this location helped me 110%. I called the 1-800 number and got no help, but the manager and assistant at this physical location truly came through for me. They resolved my issue with care, attention, and compassion. That means so much to me.

I recently visited FedEx to complete both a shipment and a return. Stephanie was extremely helpful, providing clear, step-by-step instructions throughout the process. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and ensured that everything was completed correctly. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and the excellent customer service she provided.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from Thomas today, who consistently displays rude and condescending behavior towards my husband and me. Despite our 10+ years of experience as business owners with established accounts with DHL, UPS, and FedEx, Thomas speaks to us in a patronizing tone. We get better service with UPS and DHL every time.
Unfortunately, his actions have led to issues with our shipments, including a recent incident where he failed to double-tape a box, resulting in damage and a missing item that we had to replace. Given the minimal value of the claim, we didn't pursue it further with FedEx. Today, when I requested that he double-tape a box, I was met with attitude. I spoke with Assistant Manager Emily, but her dismissive demeanor made me feel like my concerns were being ignored. Instead, she requested I come to the store during the week and speak to an actual Manager. It's unfortunate that our neighbors have shared similar experiences with this store and its service over the weekend especially with Thomas.

Stephanie and Thomas at the FedEx Ballantyne store are amazing! Stephanie has helped me ship items three times now, always efficient, friendly, and professional. Thomas went above and beyond by helping me carry a large, awkward box from my car. Outstanding service — highly recommend!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Kareem, the manager at this FedEx location. He is truly one of the most patient, kind, and helpful people I’ve ever met. I frequent this store, and every time I’m here, he either helps me directly with such care and professionalism, or I see him training others with incredible patience. The way he treats customers and his team is always so uplifting—it honestly makes a difference in my day.
FedEx is very lucky to have someone like Kareem leading this store. We need more people like him in the world—his kindness, leadership, and dedication set the bar high for customer service.

Your customer service is absolutely unacceptable — not only unprofessional, but downright rude. If you’re in a bad mood or don’t want to work at your father’s business, that’s your problem. Don’t take it out on customers. If you’re in a rush, maybe take a minute to breathe instead of dumping your stress on paying clients. Honestly, if you can’t handle basic courtesy, you shouldn’t be in customer service at all.

Rude employee. Makes me doe everything myself. No one in the store doesn't even make eye contact until I am forceful in my questions. FedEx as a whole has gone from the best to unquestionably the worst service in just a few short years. Awful experience.

I cannot say enough great things about the team at this location, especially Rebecca and Maritza. I am a new small business owner and they have worked with me to produce the products I need in an appropriate time frame. There have been a few times that I have needed a rush order and they have come through to make it happen. Their customer service is excellent and their expertise is evident as they explain products, offer options, and work with me to fulfill printing needs!
