I had to return my spectrum cable box at Fed Ex, the trainee who waited on me was very nice and professional, but he needed to ask his "supervisor" how to send back cable boxes from spectrum, Kareem advised me that they couldn't do that without a label, I explained that I have done this before and he needed to scan the cable box, a tracking receipt would print out, this supervisor had no idea how to send a box back to spectrum, the sad thing is, he was training this new hire wrong. I went down the street to UPS on John J Delaney, no problem, scan the equipment and gave me my spectrum equipment return receipt. ?

I feel bad because I've had such a great experience at a different FedEx Office center (to my northeast) but now that I've been to this one (to my southwest), I'm going to be switching where I regularly go for FedEx shipments. Everyone there was so helpful and the manager, Demi, is just the best! Just be patient if they're slammed and you'll be glad you waited for your turn.

I dread shipping packages, especially during the holiday BUT this group here is fantastic… every time I leave this store in a better mode than I came in. Their staff in personable and incredibly helpful. Today team member Stephanie went above and beyond to help me ship Christmas gifts ! Thank you for all you do !

Horrible customer service from an associate named Kareem. He was rude and when I asked him a question, told me he doesn’t know what I need. Did not offer any help and caught an attitude. I was simply dropping off a package that was a no label needed return. This experience did not need to be a poor one. Please find more competent people to work here!

Was dropping off a pre-labeled box to ship. Usually I can just bring the box in and drop it off at a FedEx location, but the person at this location stopped me and said he could tell the box had been used before and FedEx doesn’t allow boxes that have been used before (only new boxes). “Don’t worry” he said, “I can sell you a new box for $28”. lol what?!? Boxes are $2 or less elsewhere and I shouldn’t have to buy a new box anyway. If this happens to you, take the box down to down the road to Walgreens. They won’t try to up charge you and they accept FedEx shipments with no hassle.

Unpleasant Experience and Unprofessional Behavior at FedEx StoreDear FedEx Customer Service,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent service I received at the FedEx store located at 4835 Ballantyne Village WayCharlotte, NC 28277. I believe it is essential to bring this matter to your attention to ensure the improvement of customer service standards.On Nov 10,2023, at approximately 7:25 pm, I entered the store and approached an associate with whom I had spoken earlier that morning regarding some printing needs. Despite being the only customer present, the experience quickly turned sour.The associate informed me that he was supposed to leave and that my request for a poster print would require him to change the printer roll, a task he deemed too inconvenient so close to closing time, even though there were still 30 minutes left and no other customers in the store.By 7:35 pm, all associates behind the counter were in "Goodbye" mode, and I proceeded to make a purchase at 7:40 pm. To my surprise, the registers were already closed, requiring the associate to reopen them. Throughout the interaction, the associate exhibited an intimidating, incisive, and cutthroat tone, making my simple inquiries and requests uncomfortable.While I understand that employees may look forward to the end of their shift, it is crucial to maintain a professional and customer-centric attitude until the store's official closing time. Unfortunately, this was not the case at the aforementioned FedEx store.The associate's behavior and the overall atmosphere in the store suggested a lack of willingness to go above and beyond standard responsibilities or parameters. As someone who has worked in retail for many years myself, I find it disheartening to witness employees closing early and neglecting the last customer in the store simply because they seem to harbor disdain for their work.Despite being the sole customer in the store, I did not receive the service I expected. Instead, I felt intimidated, unwelcome, and pressured to align with the associates' desire to leave early. This goes against the principles of customer service and professionalism that I believe FedEx should uphold.I sincerely hope that my feedback contributes to the improvement of customer service practices at this location. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when seeking assistance, especially when adhering to the store's operating hours.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a swift resolution.

Zero stars!! The worst service Ever! I was told by both women at registers they will be right with me…one customer left that cashier (useless) walked away turned her back to me and said nothing!! Continued to ignore me as did the other blonde women all while three men were behind the counter in the printing area. Needless to say, I left without my purchase or using them for shipping! Will NEVER GO BACK or Recommend this location Ever again. UPS STORE postal annex only now on!!

Was expecting problems based on the negative reviews but it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I was greeted when I walked in and was helped immediately. Not only that, a second person greeted and offered to help me while they were retrieving my package. Would recommend based on my experience.

Poor customer service. Shop wasn’t busy when I walked in and yet no one greets or says “be right with you”. They are all doing their own thing. One person comes up finally and doesn’t say hi or how can I help you, just get right down to business.

FedEx located at 14835 Ballantyne Village Way Suite 105, Charlotte, NC 28277 is a great FedEx dropoff location.Quick and friendly service, and they also have other items (books, paper, photo copying) as well. Upscale area and very nice facility.Turn right at the Ballantyne Village sign to enter.

I keep getting emails from FedEx about packages being delivered to my house. The stupid delivery service can't get this corrected, have they hired a bunch of people that can't read English??? Do they not understand they sending messages to the wrong person???? When they ask for a survey and you give them a bad one because they sending emails to the wrong person are they not reading the bad surveys???

The people that work in this store are always pleasant and greet me. Today I came in and the self service printer was down. Jennifer offered to print my document for me. While she was printing it, the manager (Shane) noticed that the formatting would look better if printed from word. He showed her how to print from word and then they applied the charges as I would’ve been charged if I did self-service. This team went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience. Shane is a great leader and I can tell he doesn’t ask his team to do anything he wouldn’t step in and do!
