Before my wife and I got too committed to dealing with this car dealership, I checked them out on Yelp. They do have a lot of one star reviews but the majority of them were written by people with between one and several reviews. The Elite Yelpers had a lot of more positive things to say. I trust them as they didn't seem to have an ax to grind against these people. Actually my wife saw this car online and she made the purchase. We were given the red carpet treatment as I expected. The salesperson Ms. Smith was genuine and proficient. The entire process including the test drive was about two hours. After the deal was completed and we were ready to depart, I saw a chip on the windshield. I went back inside and asked Ms. Smith to please come outside. She looked at the damage and immediately got the service manager. Ms. Smith told him the chip in the windshield was caused by the cleaning process and wasn't there prior to the detailing. He agreed and we have an appointment to get it replaced. Nothing to complain about on our end! I recommend this car dealership highly! Especially if you're lucky enough to get Ms. Smith to assist you! Happy customers here!

I can honestly say that my experience at Mark Ficken Lincoln today was nothing less than amazing. My sales rep was Jo Pena and he was patient, kind, and very accommodating. I explained my entire situation with my trade in and he found me a car that completely suited my needs. Jordan made the numbers work and Keeton Kelly was the icing on the cake. I really felt like they cared not only about just making a sale but also working within my budget. Keeton was so nice, relatable, and a straight shooter which I respected. Definitely the easiest 5 stars I ever gave.

I give this a 2 because of the customer service and lack of communication. I ordered a car last spring which was to be completed in October. It was now November and I received no updates from Lincoln and I had to reach out a few times to see what the status was, given my current lease was up and needed to make a move. My sales person kept giving me the run around that the manager needed to look into it. Then she never responded to me after a few reach outs. I understand supply chain issues, etc. It’s not the dealerships fault if the car wasn’t ready on time, but being ghosted wasn’t expected or appreciated. At least help me find an alternative knowing my car is far from being complete. I ended up working with another Lincoln dealership who told me that Lincoln workers went on strike this fall and shut down the plant and any new car orders since summer were massively delayed. They also told me they updated each of their clients along the way and were transparent in the process- so they could get them in a car sooner if they were in a time crunch like me, who had a car lease expiring. They knew what I was looking for and found it for me in no time. I would’ve expected this service from Mark Ficken. There was no proactive approach to help me find a car. I ended up having to call the dealer directly asking if my salesperson quit since I hadn’t heard back after attempting to get a hold of them. That person is still there and in the final stretch of me trying to give them my business, put a half attempt at trying to help, but I was the one that had to initiate. I wish I didn’t have to drive to Atlanta to get a new car, but the service just didn’t cut it here.

The process of purchasing my new vehicle went very smoothly with the help of Deborah. She was very knowledgeable about the car that she was selling me and I drove out of the lot with no doubts. Next time you shop for car give Mark Ficken Lincoln a try and ask for Deborah!

We bought a Lincoln Corsair from this Lincoln dealership in late 2021. We started hearing a noise so we set up a concierge service for them to come pick up the car and bring us a loaner car... problem number one they brought us a car that smelled heavily of smoke we have a child and we don't smoke. We Febreezed, aired out, Lysol everything and it was still stinking. Had our garage stinky. They had to bring us a new car. They ended up having the car for a month and on day 30 they called and said everything was magically fixed. We were excited to get our vehicle back. I'm going to assume that the car was just sitting there and no one looked at it. They brought our car back and the same day we drove the car and the noise was still there. We called the dealership back multiple times and had a hard time getting anyone on the phone. When they did answer they told us they did not hear any noise when they drove it and the supervisor told us the person doing the diagnostic had been a mechanic for 30 years and could not find anything wrong and that is whose word he would trust. Basically- that we didn't know what we were talking about and there was no noise. We were pretty frustrated at that point. We called Town and Country Ford and spoke to the receptionist and they got us in with Bill Worthington. From day 1 he was patient and listened closely to our complaints. They got right to work within 1 hour they diagnosed the issue as a bad drive shaft. This was scheduled for service and was covered under warranty. Suspension, and transmission mount, were also replaced. Pretty much the whole bottom of the vehicle is now brand new. Supposedly Lincoln has the expertise, but they couldn't find ANY of these issues. The car now rides better than when we first bought it. We are so grateful to Bill at Town and Country Ford on Independence he deserves a raise and all the praise.

Purchased a 2023 Navigator for my wife and she is beyond ecstatic with her new ride. Tatum Macomson made this process easy and seamless even though we live remote to the Charlotte area (former residents). This is the first time I’ve bought a vehicle online like this and also our first Lincoln, but I will absolutely refer people to Mark Ficken Lincoln in the future. The luxury features on this vehicle was well beyond my expectations. Thanks Tatum and the entire Mark Ficken team!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Mark at Mark Ficken, and I cannot say enough about him. I know he truly cares about my family and I, and will do whatever he can to make my experience as quick and easy (and fun) as possible. Mark and Tatum were very helpful , courteous friendly and most accommodating during a turbulent decision process on my part . So many nice options ! The dealership is very nice and clean .. great environment! I would recommend highly
