SHOCKINGLY inept company! It took them four attempts to get our delivery right. On one trip, they assembled our furniture (or tried to), leaving out several parts and stripping every other part. The next trip, they brought us used/damaged furniture w/o hardware (which we refused). There were so many missteps in what turned into a 9-month delivery process, I wouldn't go anywhere near this place if you have other options. Not sure what their interview process is, but they're not hiring the brightest bulbs.

Order was scheduled not once but 3 times still haven't received my bed at this point I will just refuse delivery and have my order canceled if anyone tells you this will be your delivery company ask for another if another is not available order from somewhere else. This company is a joke and I still have to wait on refund.

My issues with Fidelitone go on and on.

Where do I begin? I ordered a very expensive NordicTrack Treadmill, paid $249 for the "White Glove Delivery and Assembly Service" which I learned was via a contract with Fidelitone. First red flag was there were 2 small guys to bring a 260 lb treadmill into my home up my stairs and then place it in my bonus room and assemble. My brand new treadmill was in pieces out of boxes in the back of a truck. The guys could not handle the treadmill pieces, dropped it numerous times, banged into my corners, walls, floor, stair treads, etc...I have 56 pictures of damage to my home - FIFTY SIX INDIVIDUAL PICTURES OF DAMAGE. No one has contacted me from Fidelitone! Corporate said the local warehouse had to call me and they emailed all 56 pictures to the local warehouse but not one email or call from the local warehouse about the damage to my home and treadmill. I am still waiting....in the meantime I'm looking into lawyers as this was the absolute WORST delivery experience I've ever had.

Avoid using them if you have a choice. First, they did not deliver within the given time window originally scheduled. Our delivery was supposed to show up between 4pm-6pm, and they called me around 12:30pm and said they were 10 minutes away. I was home anyways, so it was fine, but had I not been home at the time, as I had not expected the delivery so early, it would have been very frustrating. The delivery team then broke a window when delivering my furniture. I get it, accidents happen, and we didn't make a big deal about it, thinking that surely the company would quickly fix the window and it would be fine. Rather than quickly rectifying the situation, however, we didn't get a call about the broken window. I had to initiate the call to get it fixed. Then Fidelitone told me that I needed to go get estimates to repair the damage myself and send them in. I would have been happy to let them schedule someone to come out, and for them to directly pay the company fixing it, so getting estimates myself was frustrating thing number 2. I did, though, and sent those in as requested. I was then told that I would receive a phone call in 3 weeks, and would need to work directly with the company that Fidelitone had contracted with to do the delivery in order to get the repair completed. In my experience, if a company hires a contractor, they are responsible for rectifying any situation that comes of it. They don't tell the customer to deal with it themselves. Awful service. Do not recommend.

I got a notice on my Amazon account that my package was refused and to expect a refund in 2-3 days. Delivery isn't supposed to be until next Friday (7 days from now!) My husband was home all day with sick kids. He has not left the house in 72 hours. How did they attempt delivery today if Boone was even at out door?!?
