I had a mobile check deposit available to my account when I first opened my account. I made a couple of deposits via mobile deposit. Later, they changed my account to only mail them the check. I’m not sure why. I wasn’t notified nor given any explanation of the sudden change, which I don’t appreciate. For that reason, I will not recommend Fidelity to anyone.

This company is a scam, they don't give real time stock info, they will randomly block access to your account, and if you don't thank them for the privilege of getting blocked, they refuse to unlock it or help in any way whatsoever.

On hold with their 800 number for over 15 minutes. Tried multiple times and each time I had to listen to a hollow recording about how Fidelity valued diversity. I never questioned their commitment to diversity, and that certainly wasn't the purpose of my call. I will try a walk-in at their Sharon Road office in Charlotte later this week. Wish me luck...

Called 800 number on 401k recontribution. They only accept cashier check and money order. I expressed concern about paper work hassle the possible getting lost during the process.Got instruction to visit the local office. The lady can not take my deposit and only offered me a prepaid envelope and does not even willing to provide a print out form. Guys! If you don’t want business. Just shut the office down.

After transferring everything under Fidelity I find the service(s) is/are helping me more than I ever thought. I can call them anytime and get through to someone who actually helps, after I get past the virtual assistant which infuriates me almost everytime. If only Fidelity had mortgages I would not have deal with the very large bank with an annoying virtual assistant that gets me to no-one. My last call to Fidelity concerned this very large bank who wanted my mortgage payment but could never get me through to a person. Within 5 minutes the Fidelity representative gave me 3 alternatives to get money to the very large bank. So, do you want a virtual assistant who will get you to a voicemail which may never respond or to a person that helps? Try Fidelity and you may eventually find the words so that the virtual assistant understands.

This location does not accept cash, but they also don’t have ATMs. As my sole bank that I use for investing, checking, savings, AND credit card, you would think they would have a way for customers to be able to easily deposit cash without having to go open another account with a banking competitor. Very disappointed. (Some misinformation was also given to me at this branch, but I’m not going to give specifics because I don’t want anyone to get in trouble.)

Not sure why this location has poor reviews. I’ve worked with Fidelity for years, with this branch being my primary location for about a year. The staff here has been extremely helpful in resolving a somewhat complex issue, and they are always friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend using Fidelity Investments and would recommend this location.

Clueless employees. Came to do some transactions.They could not do it at the branch and told me to do it from home. I went home and did what they told me only to realize what I wanted to do would then require me to go back to the branch. Why send me home. Give me a computer so I can do whatever I needed to do from the branch. Now I have to waste my time and make another trip here. So annoying.
