I don’t really like writing reviews but I got an oil change around July and three weeks later my cars screen said “Engine Oil Level low” when I checked under my car I noticed the person that changed my oil didn’t tighten the motor oil thing correctly. I could’ve went to another place where it would’ve been cheaper and better.

Chris, the advisor made sure they had ALL the parts for the EIGHT services my vehicle needed prior to my appointment. ALL of my car needs were resolved in ONE visit. MANY PRAISES FOR THIS ALONE!!! Chris communicated well about the service prices before working on the car. Also, the technician JONAH SOLVED a problem on my car (shocks) stopping a NOISE that has been going on for YEARS. I have taken my car to Firestone many times and got inspections, got work done and left still hearing the noise. However, JONAH fixed my car like new. Jonah did a THOROUGH inspection and RESOLVED the actual issue. Chris and Jonah are a GREAT DUO. Keep them to keep customers! I am literally going to call and ask when they work now, because I know I can trust them with OUR cars. Thank you!

Very satisfied with my first visit here. Customer Service is great and Techs are very knowledgeable. I had an emergency and was very well taken care of. I highly recommend this location especially for female customers who may have a fear of being taken advantage of. I truly trust them and will continue to do business here.

Worked with Issac, the Store Manager, I needed a spare tire for my fleet vehicle and he made it happen within a few days. Other dealerships couldn't find the tire or it was back ordered. Thanks Issac!

I would not recommend this location. On 1/28 my tire went out and I brought my vehicle to this location. I have a warranty on the tires and so I knew Any Firestone location would take care of me. They took my car and I came back an hour later under the impression the one tire was fixed. The advisor at the front then informed me that I had 3 nails in two of the tires. I thought they fixed the two tires and left. On 2/3 I was on the I-85 and my RR tire went out almost causing me to swerve into traffic due to losing control. I called the firestone location and the same advisor answered and he informed me that the tires were only repaired and not replaced. The advisor stated that he told me to come back in the next day to get it changed because they had to order the tires. Due to my busy schedule, I would not agree to come back in And I was unaware that the tires had to be ordered. And no one from the store reached out to tell me that the order even came. On 2/4 My tire Was replaced. On 2/7 I had to call Roadsideassistance because the same tire went flat. I then went to another Firestone location and they showed me the tire was not Installed properly and that I still needed a second tire because they only replaced one. Deeply unsatisfied with the service I received at this location. But the University location is resolving the issue.
