Told them I was dropping my car off and going to the gym next door. They assumed I was dropping my car off and leaving it.. which I think they thought they had more time to work on it later. It was an oil change and car inspection. 3 1/2 hours later I finally got it.They did a good job and the customer service was good except the confusion of me waiting. I don’t think it should matter if you’re waiting or dropping it off. We all want our vehicles back as soon as possible. We pay way too much for the “labor” but they don’t take our “time” into consideration. Time is money guys.. and you wasted mine.

My vehicle was delivered to Firestone as scheduled on Jan 1, and the services were performed as requested. Additional services were required pertaining to the brakes and rotors, which were approved, and my vehicle was ready to go in a very reasonable timeframe. THIS is the way automotive services should and need to be provided by a vendor. Very satisfied.

Had an appointment for a tire change, front desk worker confidently said to come back in an hour and it would be done. I returned an hour and a half later to see the car was untouched in the same spot in the parking lot. When I asked a different front desk worker about it, she lied and said it was in the back being worked on until I pointed to the car in the parking lot. Had to ask for updates continually. Though I tried to be as understanding and kind as possible because I know things happen, she was extremely rude and passive. No apologies, unhelpful, treated me as an inconvenience. I have never had a worst experience with customer service. Young, short haired woman was completely unprofessional and simply unkind.

Firestone was recommended by a friend….they promptly gave me a phone quote and then confirmed with an email….other tire stores did not…they did the work for exactly what they quoted

The team was friendly and prompt. They ensured I was notified of everything needed for my vehicle before proceeding with repairs. I didn't have an appointment, but the took my vehicle in quickly and it was completed with little wait. The ability to use the Firestone Credit is a plus also.

Worst service ever, don’t waste your time! Had an appointment for an oil change at 1:30pm. Was told it would take 90 mins and at 3:00pm the car still hadn’t moved. Got my keys and left.

Great customer service! Really helped me out of a bind with my wheelchair van that would be too long winded to go into. You don’t find that kind of service very often anymore. Big thanks to the store manager, Mike, and his mechanics!

The people were very polite and I appreciate and respect that. However, they told us they tried twice to put a alternator into my sons car. Then they were going to go to Honda. The airbag light? Would probably require them to go to Honda to repair it. I asked them to put the card together And my son brought it to a dealership. It was a battery. I don’t know if it’s just perhaps maybe a lack of experience? But please fire stone you cannot advertise that your experts in car repair with something like this. Just for note? The Hondalocation has had a relationship with me for 15 years. The car is running fine, so I promise I’m not directing it for any other reason then the location needs more training. They were very professional speaking and they were kind people. Thank you.

Similar experience to Miranda review months ago. Been a customer of this store for 15+ years, but the quality of service continues to go downhill. I'm going to start taking cars to dealerships for service. Willing to pay more for better, reliable service.

Before Mike even looked at my son's car, which had just failed inspection, he reviewed why it failed and gave me advice on how best to correct this issue. It was something the dealership would need to fix. He could have run an official diagnostic, charged me, and then confirm what he already knew. He didn't. He sent me to dealership and saved me the money. I really appreciated his candor. His whole vibe was cool and honest and I appreciated that. Thanks Mike!
