I set up an appointment to see if my car needed an alignment, and if so, to have it aligned. Before payment, I was not notified of the state of my car's alignment, nor their inability to adjust certain alignment features, nor their requirement for better tires to do an accurate alignment. After paying $130, I found that the little they did was not necessary - I certainly would've declined the $130 service had I known. When asked if it is Firestone's policy to wait till after payment to inform the customer, they explained that it is as Firestone takes an appointment as a request to do work (needed or not) without notifying or warning the customer. I've posted a video of the conversation and the before and after alignment specs (link below). They got my money but lost my business. It's worth it if I can prevent someone else from making a mistake.

Had an issue with the left rear tire on my Honda Pilot...did not have an appointment...but they told me to bring it in and leave it and they would do their best to get it fixed that day. Three hours later they called me and said the tire with the screw in it was replaced..at no cost..the tire was fairly new..was purchased in May of 2023. Great customer service and very much appreciated..great job folks.

Such a great service! The staff were so patient with me in explaining the recommended services and a breakdown of the cost. The only reason I gave 4 stars is for the cost. But that’s against the company, not this location. The staff were amazing and helped me get the best deal with what services I was needing.

Been taking our van and car here for years, both have over 120,000 miles. Nick and Katie at the front desk are super helpful and knowledgeable about vehicles. My wife and I both hate cars so never looking forward to buying them and this crew keeps them going at a reasonable price, maybe middle high prices, but they do a fantastic job. I trust what the mechanics recommend to do as far as maintenance, etc. First class all around.

This is the best Firestone location I've been to over the years. As a female, I still think they try and get me to get work done on my car that I really don't need at the time, but that's every auto repair location.

We made an appointment for an inspection but it still took 1.5 hours!!! On top of that, they added a window tint inspection which was not needed. Stay away from this place!

It was difficult to get the parts, but the service was outstanding. I have a high degree of trust with Firestone automotive repair and that is critical for me.

Brought my son's car in for an oil change and decided to go with synthetic this time. My son picked up car and it was $115 for the oil change. Most expensive oil change EVER. I get mine at honda for $65. My son will be getting his done there from now on.

Went in for a state inspection, specifically told representative I did not want any add on services. Still received a call selling an alignment, along with a listing of "recommended services" totaling $569.96. Car is 2 years old with 19,000 miles. The aggressive add on sales push borders on offensive. When questioned, representative claimed corporate policy requires they suggest things. If you choose to take your car to them for service be prepared for an all out sales push to sell you things you don't need because some corporate policy tells them to do so. Just made the last visit to this location.

I went to get air in my tires and offered to pay. The woman said no they don’t charge for this service.The man that put air in barely added air and my gauge was still showing a dangerous low tire. He then told me my tires wouldn’t pass inspection because they were so bad!! Interesting!!! I had just passed last month just fine..These guys try to scam women thinking they don’t know anything!!! Beware!!!

Made a reservation online for an oil change. Arrived at appointment time. Was told that "the online system is not good" and that they couldn't honor my appointment. I then asked in that case why they even had an "online system" and he said "I don't know."Would NOT recommend.
