They ruined my car. Brought it in for repair of oil leak, kept my car for 2 full days due to "complications" they were having. Leaks much more now and when I brought car back it complaining leak was worse they said they couldn't repair it. They charged me $1,200. for a service they screwed up. I've been going there for many years and now they've lost a long-time customer. I have always taken excellent care of my car and now they damaged it beyond repair.

They give you a price on the page and when you are in the store they give you another

I only come to this place when I am desperate! I'm either crunched for time, or I'm driving on my spare and this place is the closest to my home. The LATEST run in with this establishment...I make an appointment to get an oil change at 1p. I get a text saying that this location has to 'confirm' the appointment. I receive the confirmation and proceed to the location. I arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for check in. Just waiting on the cashier to stop flirting/casual conversation with the guy in front of me took 10 minutes. There are three people in line (including me) and she's really asking the guy where he's from...no apologies to the rest of us, no I'll be right with you! At my check-in I'm told that it will be at the least an hour wait, which makes no sense because if your busy, why accept my appointment??? At check in I state that I will wait for my car. At 1:45p they take my car back to begin the oil change (no additional service), at 2:45p I'm asking the status of my vehicle. Miraculously, my car is "complete" and will be out in a minute. At 3:00p (still waiting on my car and to check out), I get an alert on my phone that my car was turned on - I'm assuming this is when they are pulling it out of the bay. At 3:10p I stand up and ask again, what's going on with my car.
To make matters worse, the clerk is a nursing student. After sitting in the waiting area for 2 hours listening to her give car advice to countless people, on things she has no actual knowledge about baffled me. She literally asked the manager a question about a code that someone's car read, all he did was tell her the name of the code (for example, her "what is code 114", manager "gas cap"), she calls the customer and proceeds to tell them that a lose gas cap is going to cost $500+ to repair.
This location openly complains about customers in the waiting area, they are condescending, incompetent and lazy! I have no idea why this location is still open, because FOR ME, my experience is the same each visit. No matter the time of day, or day of week - you're going to wait for HOURS. And as soon as you stand up and ask the status of your vehicle, miraculously, "they are just finishing up" and then it's another 30 minute wait. The manager is cranky and rude. The clerk is never the same, same for the mechanics. I plan to file a formal complaint with the BBB, because this level of service and lack of professionalism has no business "servicing" customers, and I use the term servicing loosely.

The service has gone down hill. We will be finding a new shop for all our vehicles.

This place is a joke. I first scheduled my appt online for 6pm for the next day and I was called by the store and informed that they “don’t take appointments that late and cooperate refuses to fix the online booking system” so I agreed to a 1pm appt instead and informed that the only option would be to leave my car there as the “waiting room would be absolutely full” I dropped my car off at 12:45 for my 1pm appointment (greeted with an empty waiting room) and was told it would be about 2 hours for an oil change and a state inspection. I expressed multiple times the urgency of picking my car up within that time frame however my car was not ready until 4:45pm. In addition to having my car almost 2 hours past the quoted time the front desk girl spoke to me in the most derogatory manner as if I was incompetent and that I had no reason to be upset when my car was not ready within the quoted timeframe. If i could give 0 stars I would based off my interaction with the receptionist alone.

It's the worst service center I have ever gone to. Their online schedule doesn't work, or this Firestone doesn't honor online appointments. I had an online appointment, and when I went there thinking that the appointment still exists, to my surprise, they canceled it. I see their ranking is 3.2 it is still very high for their standards.

My appointment was scheduled for 10am and I'd arrived super duper early (9am) as my previous service (tire rotation) at GMC was completed quicker than expected. 10am rolls around and my car is still sitting in the same parking space. 1030am... Same.. 1045 am... Same. 11am.... Same. So, I asked if they were behind and he confirmed NO! He then asked which car was mine. He looked through the clear appointment holders and didn't find mine. Then magically my car disappears. He walks away and comes back and says, it'll be the next car they'll put on the rack. 25 minutes later, done. When I checked out, he apologized and indicated he had to wait on a specific tech that knew how to do a wheel alignment. Now, as I sat there and continued to wait, other customers were in and out. Cars pulled in, I guess for assistance putting air in their tires, but not one technician come to me advising of a wheel alignment tech shortage. This was horrible customer service. Not service, but customer service.

Do not trust this place with your car. They looked at our Mazda and said we needed a new radiator costing $1000 with parts and labor. Took it to another mechanic who said it only needed two belts replaced, and coolant added, which cost us $200. Car has been running great since the belt replacement. So glad we took it to another place for a second opinion.

Bad online appointment system, and slow in-person service.
First, I booked an oil-change appointment online, was confirmed by SMS, and then got a call that this online appointment system does not work, so over the phone, they gave me an appointment for a few days later.
When I went to the shop on appointment day and time, I was told that I didn't have an appointment. What? There is no reason for that, so the kind gentleman, Mark, told me that he could still take me in, but it would take some time.
I waited for almost 2 hours, but my car was not taken in. I could not wait any longer and Mark did not offer me to wait any longer, instead, gave me my keys back. A lot of time and efforts wasted for no good outcome.
The facility is busy, so customer service and a working appointment system are not a priority.

90+ minutes to perform a state safety inspection (no emissions check) for which I had an appointment! That’s ridiculous. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Came to this location due to me catching a flat maybe 5 mins away. My immediate reaction was to here to at least get a donut on. I walked in and wasn’t greeted and waited about 9mins before I’m assuming the shop manager said he’ll be right with me. I told him I had a flat tire and he said they were so busy they couldn’t help me that I would have to leave my car overnight. I asked the other gentleman it takes about 5 mins to be on a donut can I at least get that done they said they were too busy. While in their parking lot I called roadside assistance. I wait there for 80 mins before they arrived and roadside put on the donut. It crazy that having a newborn and needing assistance was too much for this crew to do. While they were too busy to help they managed to. Put air in someone’s tires laugh watch me get the tires fixed by roadside and hangout smoke etc. I will never go to a Firestone again. I never asked for anything free was willing to spend my money horrible service horrible treatment of a customer. Terrible guest experience

Good customer service earns it one more star, but alignment jobs are terrible and repair quotes are overkill. Took my cars there three, maybe four times, and every time the steering wheel has never been straight and the car still veered to the side, even after immediately coming back for correction. I did the job myself in my driveway with two wrenches and a tape measure and got my car and wheel straighter than they ever did. Front end also clanks ever since my alignment which I attribute to them; there are visible scrape marks on the adjustment points. They also quoted me/tried to sell me on a $439.25 tie rod end job that I did myself for $50 in parts and in an hour or two. They claimed OEM prices were $210 when in reality they were $32 each, and on top of that, $185 in labor and a $15 “shop supplies” cost.
I highly recommend going to a reputable, family owned local shop instead of chain stores like this.
