Amazing!!! Came in on Sunday dead ass tired from a NOC shift and needed breaks! They hooked me up! Then Monday I noticed a leak brought it back on Tues. Turns out the week before Valvoline forgot to put my oil cap on after an oil change I had oil all over my engine! Firestone again hooked me up right away without an appointment and not even their fault. Cleaned my engine and topped off my oil! Thank you!!! Always quick friendly and affordable!

Jahzel and Keyna are two of the most outstanding customer service professionals I have ever met. I have been a customer at this location for many years and both Jahzel and Kenya are kind, courteous and solution oriented and go the extra mile to make the customer experience outstanding.

Great staff and they provide the services they say they are gonna provide in a timely manner. I think they provide reliable advice without constantly trying to upsale which seems to be the MO of so many franchise auto shops.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These people are incredibly unprofessional. Had an appointment at 3pm with an ETA of 5/5:30pm to get a tire repaired. Came back at 5pm and my car wasn’t even in the shop. I literally had to point out to the front desk that my car was outside. My appointment was for 3pm, not for after 5pm. What’s the point of having an appointment? Seriously, if you’re reading this go elsewhere.

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change at 11:30 a.m. I called at 3:00 p.m. to check on the status of my vehicle and I was told it would be finished by 5:00 p.m. I get there and i’m told they haven’t even started on it yet. I asked for my keys back multiple times as they continue to blatantly ignore me. They started helping other customers while ignoring me so I end up waiting 30 minutes to get my keys. Terrible customer service.

I have been a customer at this Firestone location for many years and I bring every car in my family to be serviced here. The attentiveness and extreme knowledge that I receive from Keyna Sauls is unsurpassed! Not to mention the overall expertise and professionalism I always receive from the mechanics, especially Scott Klaudt, makes me confident that my cars are in the best hands possible. I will continue to be a long time customer of the Firestone at Ballantyne.

I took on my car for it's yearly inspection. I told the sales and service specialist Mike to please check on the air pressure on one of my rear tires since it seemed to be low on air. He notified me that although a nail was found in a no repair zone, I could use Fix A Tire since it would allow me to continue to drive the car until I was ready to replace the tire. Although I opted to replace the tire for a small fee $55, I appreciated his honesty and willingness to work with me to get the problem fixed to my satisfaction.

Horrible Customer Service from Manager with glasses. Kept referring me to the Gas Station in the parking lot to pump air in my tire after advising more than 3x I'd wait. No rush. Stated it again, if you just did not want to provide the service then just say that you're backed up and not able to get to anyone else at this time THEN maybe refer them to the gas station.

I had appointment to oil change at 11 a.m. They told me it will be done before 1 p.m. When I came at 1 p.m. I noticed behind the glass wall that a staff member at the same time opened my vehicle hood to start an oil change. Not recommending this service, they do not respect your time.
