BEWARE OF WRONGLY WIRED EMPLOYEES! One of the scariest places EVER to do a wire transfer. Wire transfers generally for large amounts and major transactions. The employee who helped me had no business handling such important matters. She got the account or other crucial data wrong 3 times!!Worst Citizens has a reversed system compared to other banks: the last step here is employee enters data onto her screen based on paper , but that's where the errors occur when employee inputs wrong data from paper to computer. Then employee can try to turn her screen or have you lean over to look and pray you catch the mistakes on her screen. If the wire trasaction is important to you and time and accuracy is of the essence, consider going to another branch. Too much as stake.Stomp with the pompus secuirty question bank employees ask with such authority about how wiring info was received and was it confirmed and instead focus on improving their system. More likely i will be taken by bank employee's incompetance rather than wire fraud.

Really, really, tried to give them a chance at being a good bank....many, many, years later, but their time has passed. Absolutely every person dealt with there in person and on the phone is incompetent to say the least. Given any chance of opportunity, this bank and employees will disappoint.

Working with this bank is nightmareThis bank has a lean on a trailer i bought 3 weeks agoI paid them over $37000 with a cashier check and the check was cleared 3 weeks ago but i m still waiting for the title and release letterThey have the title and all they have to do is give me the release letterThey are holding my money and my titleI can't use my own trailer that i played 3 weeks ago and i m loosing money because of this bankI have done this with many banks before and takes a couple of days until the cashier check is clearedHere i have been waiting for 3 weeks and still nothingThis bank is obviously poorly organized and employees are not doing their jobAvoid doing business here

The old Hispanic woman who has the office at the left is the most mean, rude and unprofessional associate I never seen. You asked question for a situation she answered very mad and the bad way. Customer service zero !!!!! She is very aggressive. I was polite, kind and I didn't say something wrong.

Went to make an appointment for next day. Sat in lobby with no other customers there . Two customers came in afterwards. Bank lady waited on those two before me. I gave this branch 2nd chance. Called from parking lot and was told no one available to make an appointment.

Extremely rude. When I opened the account, the guy in the back office wasn't friendly, happy or polite, but he wasn't rude. The ladies that work here, are extremely rude. Worst experience I've ever had with a bank. It's one thing to not be pleasant to be around, it's another thing to just be flat out rude. I'm changing banks and never coming back.

This bank does a hard pull on your credit, which lowers your credit score. They need to do a soft pull. The bank is not up front with you.

It's never fails I believe every single person at the counter and at the window have nasty attitudes I never deal with this when i go to the Albemarle Rd location EVER! The lady at the window told me "WHATEVER" When I explained to her that I only have a problem getting a deposit slip through the window at THAT LOCATION her response was whatever!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! When I went in she was mute and to be specific the African American brown skin lady with the nappy short hair

I swear i wasn't going to do a review but almost 6 months of putting with the attitudes at this bank I'm done. Debbie one of the cashier's that works there always constantly has a stick up her butt so rude. If someone hands you something the polite thing ti do is to hand back! She just puts yoyr stuff down on the counter and looks at you like your the idiot. She does not speak when you walk just looks at! I'm so tired of this bank. Why would I have to drive 5 miles to another because i don't want to put up with the rudeness of these tellers. She's not the only ine there's another women too but i don't know her name. So fed up switching banks.

Good bank that gives you that personal touch. Both my parents banked with them for years once they bought out United Carolina Bank.
