first citizens refused to cash my government-issued check on a FCB Account. Furthermore they seized my check and drivers license. email complaint and Facebook complaints are ignored. Shame on First Citizens Bank. MINUS 500 STARS!!!!!!!

They claim to cater to small business owners, but they don’t even have a notary on staff. Maybe that’s normal, but it seems ridiculous to me that a bank full of staff and not one of them is a notary. Do better.

I am surprised to see all the negative reviews. My experience with First Citizens has been wonderful. I brought my business to them after my Wells Fargo business accounts were compromised. My experience with them has been absolutely wonderful. They have additional services in place that helps you to protect your money/accounts that are top-notch.

Absolutely awful institution. Beware of the fees they charge for services most other banks offer at no charge. At this branch, management does not seem to understand the concept of customer service and the value of a loyal customer.

Horrible bank. The bank manager and another employee refused to help me at this bank. I went to another branch next day and was told they did not do their due diligence. Hopefully this branch will clean house and get a good bank manager.

Tellers are not friendly. First Citizens Bank nickle and dimes customers. Mobile app is down consistently. When you do need help all you get is a talking head or an attitude.

The bank manager Riah is rude and incompetent.She apparently knows nothing about the ops of first c.I was given answers I knew could not possibly be correct and thanks too 1 800 customer service all problems were quickly and kindly taken care of properly..Just because its first thing Monday morning doesnt mean you can blow a customer off with wrong info.about account info.
