You would think by now as much as I come here and see the same teller that she would acknowledge me or become “slightly” friendly. She still treats me like its my first time by never greeting me or even a simple “how are you” just a generic transaction every-time. I was transferred to this branch over a year ago. Been a customer for almost 6yrs

This branch is a very good place to do all your personal or business banking. They have nice employees who always help you with any of your requests.

This branch is one of the most underrated branches I have been to with First Citizens. The build might not be the best looking compared to other locations, but the the people are wonderful and very friendly. They have gone out of there way to make my business & personal banking experience very smooth. When asked who I bank with I always refer them to Sheyli at First Citizens.

I have been a customer with First Citizen Bank since 2011, I went to this bank to deposit a check into my account & the bank teller made me feel very uncomfortable & I was discriminated against then, did something to my account that made it look like I had a negative balance & I was unable to use my card for hours. Very disappointed with this branch

This is one of the weirdest banks that I have been to yet. Upon my arrival, I was informed that I had to walk into a separate door, even though the door was in the front. Also, there's a light that has to turn green before someone can enter. This seems more like a jail than a bank. Not the best experience .

I've never had a bank make me want to close an account on the spot like them. A couple of months ago I had to fraudulent charges on my account that caused it to overdraft, I've been called to inform them that the charges were fraudulent, and not to lift it I can't be charged by the same people again. Not only did they let the account get charged again, but then they refuse to work with me on any of the four overdraft fees ($36 a pop). Recently I had to for overdraft fees, one of which was probably my fault although it's a bit of A gray area to me still, but the other Was complete and total BS. Altogether I've had six overdraft fees, and Weber used to work with or fix any of them. They might as well be Wells Fargo.

PSA THIS BRANCH WILL NOT GIVE YOU DEPOSIT SLIPS IN THE DRIVE THRU. I do not take leaving bad reviews lightly. I recently moved from the Cotswold area to the tyvola area changing branches from Randolph to South blvd. I am a server and have been depositing cash multiple times a week at first Citizens Bank for almost 2 years. When I pulled up into the drive-through, I realized I didn't have any more deposit slips and asked the teller at the window if I could have some more. He instructed me that I would have to come inside to get deposit slips and that there was a sign in the drive-through that instructed me to do so. I honestly laughed, because I thought he was joking. The teller did not apologize for the inconvenience for the new policy... he just stared at me until I drove around and came inside. Once I got inside, I asked the other teller what the difference was between getting deposit slips through the drive-through or having to come in and take them from inside. She advised me that I might hold up cars behind me if I filled out my deposit slip in the drive-through line. This teller did apologize and I do feel bad for the attitude I may have given her... but the Male teller at the window needs a real lesson in customer service. I honestly miss the tellers at the Randolph branch (they knew me by name after the 2nd visit, were always were kind and had great customer service). This new policy is extremely inconvenient and ridiculous in my opinion.

I went to this location to cash a check from a client that uses this bank. My client forgot how to spell my last name, so I filled in my last name. Upon, trying to cash the check the teller informed me that since I wrote in purple the scanner wouldn't be able to read it. I have signed/written on MANY checks in various colors including purple. She insisted that I couldn't cash the check. So, obviously I left. I called another FCB and spoke to a teller. They told me that the color of the ink has nothing to do with cashing a check. This teller also told me that IF there was an issue, the teller at the South Blvd location should have called the account holder to confirm the check. This lazy teller could have taken two whole minutes to call the account holder, but NO, she didn't want to! Supposedly, the teller felt uncomfortable cashing the check...! It's okay, I know why you felt "uncomfortable" 😉

First Citizens Bank has branches all over the US. I only found out that it is a family run bank very recently. Whilst the local staff are very nice, and quite professional, if you run into problems in using the VISA card, they will need to be handled by the North Carolina HQ. They are incredibly incompetent. I even contacted the CEO who is also a member of the family that owns the bank. He did not even show me the courtesy of an email response. Instead he simply denied the dispute with Google, without providing a reason. I would give this bank a wide berth. Even if a bank is family owned, the CEO should not be a member of said family. #FirstCitizensBank
