IT’S ALWAYS SOMETHING WITH THEM! THE BEATTIES FORD BRANCH GOTTA BE THE WORST ONE! WHY DO I GOTTA GIVE U A RECEIPT ABOUT A REFUND (apple) SENT TO MY ACCOUNT THAT YOU PUT ON HOLD! WHERE WAS THE ENERGY WHEN SOMEONE WAS PAYING THEIR STUDENT LOAN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT NOBODY QUESTION THAT DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO DISCUSS IT, OR WHEN I WAS ISSUED A 2ND BANK CARD I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT! AND THE ONE PERSON WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE THAT YOU CAN BARELY UNDERSTAND AND CAN BARELY UNDERSTAND YOU! ? ?????

Don’t go through place to close on a house! Horrible ! I expected to close on my house, 3 days before closing none of my paperwork was together , all of a sudden all these lie came up about why I can’t close in time . I lost a lot of money behind them ! Very terrible and disappointing

This place nevers answers the phone. If you have a issue at this C.U, good luck getting a call back. I'm thinking about closing my accounts there.

Today is August 13 2020, I made a phone call on June 30 2020 after noticing thank my debit card was 2 months expired and I had not received another card yet, like most other banks will automatically send you one. After making the call the gentleman tells me that it will take 7-13 business days to receive another card. Ok cool... After not receiving a debit card on the 10th day, I give them a call back. The same gentleman tells me that it has not been 10 BUSINESS DAYS because I added the weekend days in there. Right my bad.... ok so I waited 3 days later and called back. This time a female answer the call and tell me that my card was never ordered. ??I'm Trying not to get upset. So she says that she can put another order in for me. At this point I'm like just cancel my account. But I was like nah I'll give the more time. More time has come and its almost 2 months later and I still haven't received a debit card. So a withdrawal of all my currency has taken place. Thanks but no thanks. Not a great experience.

They use a third party to send debit cards. My card has been expired for a month and they keep telling me its coming. They have no estimated arrival date. The bank reps are rude and I've had the worst banking experience with them. This bank is only good if you have an alternative bank account

I went to FLCU for a car loan. I took in my application. I was contacted by LeDeana Cochrane which was very help in approving my loan. She worked with me very patiently, because I was calling her to find out how much the bank would approve on the cars I was looking at. Each time I called her she took the time out to help me which took almost a month before I found what I was looking for. The day I found the car I was looking at, she was out of the office for a few days I kind a freaked a little , because she was the only one I had been talking to, so I left her a message on the phone telling her I had found a car. I got to the dealership they called the bank and everything was ready to go. LeDeana had sent everything over to Chris Which had taken care of everything while I was at the dealership. LeDeana called and did a follow up when she got back to check to see if I was satisfied with everything.

I got off work early for the purposes of opening a new account at this bank. I first sit in the waiting area for 10 minutes, thinking someone from one of the offices would assist me. This bank is by far the worse bank in Charlotte NC and surrounding areas! But it's full of black people and when you go there, it's either bad attitudes or they in other offices gossiping. And lord don't call them on the phone cause you want get an answer!

Can never get someone on the phone. The bank is not that big and I'm not understanding why no one can pick up the phone. Terrible customer service. You should not have to go into the bank to ask a simple or question. Also my debit card always embarrasses me when trying to use it for purchases. Try to support small businesses and this is what you get.

By far the worst experience Ive ever encountered.Yesterday (6/14/2019) I went to make a car payment and at first the transaction was going great.A young lady sat ne down at their vitual station,got my info to make thr car payment and that's when things went turned for the worst.After gettibg my card # and license # Im thinking ok we are done i am i am good to go.WRONG!!After getting my info the lady ends thr vitual session comes out of her office and says ,"I have to help another customer do you mind going to the window and they can process your payment there"...Confused but I said yea thats no problem thanks.I get to the window where Im not even greeted no hi no how can i help you no nothing Ms.Octavia just looked me up and down.She looks at me and said,"gimme yo card" I handed her my debit card she steps to the side runs my card and comes back to the window and said,"yo card declined ain no money on dis card here".Loud in front of everybody so I was taken back because I was 100% sure she was wrong.I immediately called my bank Wells Fargo the rep said,"its definitely funds in your acct however the merchant is running your card as a credit card,have them to run your card as a debit card and a debit card only".I tell Ms.Octavia what Wells Fargo told me to tell her ans Ms.Octavia bluntly said ,"Oh they cant tell me how to run my machine fis my machine i run it how i want to".So Ms.Octavia walks to the back comes back to the window ask for my card again runs the card as a credit once again.Ms Octavia never ran it as a debit my car payment still needs to be paid hopefully Monday I can have someone else help me since she refused to comply. The rudeness the disrespect the lies of my card being declined due to insufficient funds all of these things should never be tolerated in anyones establishment.This place really needs either new staff or coaching.In the same breathe Ms.Octavia is a very older women she old enough to knows better.Overall I highly recommend people to stay away from this place.Its not worth it.

It's been 3 weeks since I noticed that there were some unauthorized charges on my account. I immediately go into the bank and let them know what's going on. The teller tells me to write the disputed items on paper so they can investigate. I did as she requested, they immediately shut my card down. I am then told that it will take 45 days to get my money back after they investigate. I then leave and also see some others that I did not include in my dispute. I call the bank to let them know because at this time I have made it to work . She tells me I have to go back in and add it to my dispute. This now becomes a inconvenience, not only do I hear I can't get my money back for 45 days I have to go in and add more disputes instead of the bank just adding what ive noticed. I go back to the bank to see my paperwork laying on the counter after a whole hr and a half. Now get this it's now 2 weeks I haven't gotten any correspondence letting me know that my bank was working to help me and then they keep the account open for more transactions to attempt to come out. This bank is causing many issues and so unprofessional I have not even received another bank card. What kind of bank would not do there beat to assure me that I am valued and they are going to work to resolve my issue. The worst bank ever I am still incurring fees on an account I no longer have access to
