Today i was doing my annual Christmas shopping here. Prices marked on the floor and on the product tag did not match prices at the register. When I informed management, they were appallingly unconcerned and stated they couldn't fix it in the system and that is was probably only the specific items I picked that were incorrect. It is disappointing that management does not know how the barcode system works and that Five Below is using false advertising. Prices affect my decision on which items to buy, it's bad practice when the price is higher than marked and also illegal. What made it worse is that management blamed the problem on me and were not properly trained. They did correct the price on my specific item at the time. I have seen this listed against Five Below in a consumer report, that prices don't match check-out, it seems the problem is endemic.

I was truly disappointed in the way the place looked, which is why I gave it one star. As I entered, the place was unorganized. Presentation is key.

I would not give this place any stars but had to in order to submit my review. First of all, I was extremely upset that that out of all the people in the store and at the self-checkout that I would be the only one singled out. One of the store workers (a male) instructed me to check out on my own with a manual handheld scanner which I wasn't too particular about due to germs, but hey I worked to check myself out although I don't work for Five and Below. Then after assisting another customer with a return, this same guy came over to the self-checkout and started grabbing my items in an effort to target me as a thief and not genuinely wanting to assist. I had gone there some time after work, dressed up and clean as always, but he picks me to target and single out and decided to try and give me a class on how to follow the prompts on the screen to make a donation as if I couldn't read. I let him know that I can read the screen, and I know how to make a donation if I so desired. He still continued to hover over me. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate because I will not be targeted as if I am trying to steal something from a $5 store meanwhile the people you should be watching you don't. I thought I was the only one that was targeted, but I see a few other complaints on this site where others have had the same experience, and it needs to stop!!!! Not sure if I will be visiting this location again, but if I do, I had better not be targeted because I don't want nothing out of any store, I can't pay for especially a cheap store such as this.

Every time I come here the black workers are only nice and friendly to non black people. As well as self check out is not self checkout. This is the only location where they hover over you and scan the items then allow you to pay at the machine once they are done. This is my second time and they had to scan for myself and the black people there and not the non black people and non Hispanics. They do this because they think people will steal. A white couple went to the self checkout after me and she just let them and I asked her if she does this for everyone and her response was oh well they already started. This is the second time I’ve seen this the first time my sister in town mentioned it and how weird it is and it was only done to us. The young skinny black girl with glasses and an Afro who is extra friendly and polite to non black people. I don’t know if that’s who she is or she is trained that way. Also a weird vibe here and there is always no room to shop

I have never seen a nationally branded retail space so disorganized. It looked like an episode of hoarders. Cooler not working, 4 or 5 self check out lanes not working and the One that was "working" took 8 or 9 trys to scan items. 3 employees working and not one of them was actually working to fix or organize anything. I will never go back here...

This place is disgusting and nobody cares about organization everything is messy everywhere. Employees have displays torn down and trying to do too much at once. Might not all be employees fault because people are disgusting but they should try a little bit harder.

I was in this location on April 4th at 6 pm and the young lady that was on duty was very helpful. She could’ve easily lead me to the self Checkout to help myself but she went above and beyond and that what I call customer service Thank you
