I am Floyd's neighbor in the back. Last week without notice some one in his employ used weed and grass killer along the back 3 feet of his building. This area is inside our privacy fenced in back yard. Granted this area does technically belong to his property, and in his deffence was a bit overgrown. However, it was overgrown because of the pumpkin vines stretching through the grass and weeds, thus killing the only plants in my garden to produce. I'm sure he makes great signs however he is a bad neighbor.
