Went in here yesterday. I was the only customer in the store. I was not greeted or helped. The salesperson didn’t pay me any attention. I had planned on purchasing a bag but decided not to due to the lack of acknowledgment. As someone who works in retail, you should always greet people when they come in your store. Will not be returning in store to shop.

Jordan at Southpark Mall was absolutely amazing. She has the best customer service! I was going to return an item after a terrible online experience, but she saved the day!

Didn’t greet me when I came in and then took a second to decide amongst the two employees as to who would help me at checkout. Then forgot to take the security tag off.

Walked into the store today and was not acknowledged by a sales associate. No greeting at all. The store only had two other customers. I looked around the store but decided not to buy.

I have shopped at this FP Movement location in South Park multiple times this year and have NEVER been acknowledged by the sales associates, who congregate at the register chatting among themselves the entire time. My advice to management? Hire personable people who actually want the job instead of people based on their physical appearance alone.

FM is one of my favorite brands. The clothing is very comfortable and has good quality over all for the price. I've grown fond of the shorts and tops mostly.

The clothes look great but the ladies who work here seem uninterested in speaking to guests. They continued talking to each other, not a single hello, didn’t ask if I needed help. If you’re new to this brand like I am, I would go to a different location so you can actually receive customer service. I was excited to look around but I’d rather shop where I feel welcomed.

Loved the staff at FP Movement, they were so helpful and knowledgeable of the products and helped me picked the best holiday gifts. Will be coming back here to shop again!!

I purchased a pair of shoes online but they were too big, so I selected the option to return them in store. I used the store locator on the website which directed me to return at this store. When I arrived, I was told they don’t accept shoe returns here “due to space.” Seriously!? Disappointed that I made a trip here and the website did not specify certain returns weren’t accepted… customer service was unhelpful and said that returns are at the discretion of the store. Please update your website to accurately reflect where and what returns are accepted.
