I dropped off 2 pant sets, one a wide led pants and top that I wore once to be dry cleaned.
When I initially dropped the set off, I showed the women the stains on the bottom pant legs of the garment. I asked if they were able to remove the stains, the women said yes. I picked up the set today. The women handed me the set as if everything was satisfactory. I inspected my garment in front of her and the bottom pant leg look the exact same. I showed the women the stains and she said they could not remove the stains (which are stains from the garment slightly dragging on the ground) as stated. She proceeded to charge me full price. I asked for a discount because I was unsatisfied with the outcome the women said no. I asked if I take the garments to another dry cleaner and they’re able to remove the stains will she reimburse me? She said no. The solution she provided was to hem my pants to cut the stains off.
I’m unsatisfied with the service and customer service that I received. And I would not recommend this dry cleaning company.

I brought 5 brand new, never worn oxford band collar shirts to this dry cleaners to be pressed and they broke the buttons on my shirts. Steer clear of this place. They ruin clothing.

As an event planner, I called to inquire about getting some white tablecloths pressed only. The lady that answered the phone asked the size- which I provided to her. She then proceeded to tell me that they would have to see it and before I could ask any other question she just hung up. I will not be bringing my business to this dry cleaner.

I recently went to Gateway Cleaners for the first time as I started working in the area. I had men's shirts that needed laundering and pressing as well as a pair of men's slacks dry cleaned. I took them in first thing on a Monday morning and I was pleasantly surprised when she said they would be available later that day after 5 PM. The same day service was a fantastic plus. The shirts were laundered well and pressed with medium starch as asked. They were packaged nicely in groupings of around 4-5 with the sleeves tied off together with a clip, each grouping covered in plastic, hung. The cost was comparable to other cleaners in the area, just shy of about $2 a shirt. I'll definitely be back.

I had my down comforter cleaned here. It was $42 and came back perfectly clean. My complaints were the higher price (AJ's charges around $30 for the same service), the lady who checked me out didn't speak very much English so I was unable to get answers to "how much, and when to pick it up", and there was no notification when the comforter was ready for pick up. I just walked in a week later to see.
