Customer Service was absolutely amazing, I went for car repair expecting to pay a fortune only to discover it was priceless. It’s proven it’s not about the dollar with this business, it’s definitely all about customer satisfaction and I’m forever grateful. I can't say enough good things about Gerber Collision & Glass on Wilkinson Blvd in Charlotte! The staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, making the whole repair process a breeze. I have a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq (Electric) and up to this point I had it delivered to two other repair centers only to be informed they could not work on it. Gerber Collision said they could do the repair. The Initial intake was good. The General Manager reached out to me to inform me this was their first experience with a Cadillac Lyriq and were unable to perform the repair. I have since had it sent to a Cadillac dealership and they are also having problems. I did appreciate the General manager reaching out to have a conversation, which I felt was very sincere.
