I recently had my children’s bikes serviced and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They did an outstanding job fixing the bikes, making sure everything was in perfect working order and completed the job super fast. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. On top of all that, the price was very affordable, making it a great value. I highly recommend Giant University City for anyone looking for quality bike repairs and excellent service!

As a first time road bike owner, Jodie made my buying experience really pleasurable and much easier than I had anticipated. He provided great guidance throughout the buying process and exceeded my expectations throughout my journey. Admittedly, I ventured to quite a few shops and researched many carbon bikes, but in the end I returned to Giant to purchase the 2024 Giant Defy Advanced 2 with Jodie! Giant’s product quality is top tier with better components than many of its competitors at a great price and customer service was exemplary! I’m excited to begin my cycling journey and confident with my choice in choosing Giant University City!

The fix up for my bike went a lot faster than I thought! Came in and the next day it was fixed. Even with an issue I came in a few days later it was quickly fixed. Cool shop

Wonderful salesman who listened to what we were looking for and set my wife up with the perfect bike for her. He didn't try to up sell us into something we didn't need and was a great experience dealing with this store. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a bicycle.
