How do you go to a store that says it's open and you get there and there's a sign that says. Be back in 5min. It's been 20 - horrible customer service. Find someone to replace or close the dam place - now I see why business fail

The Ohio bombshell blonde in the front is as knowledgeable as she is sweet. I need her in my life like a pocket guide. She knows all the newest stuff coming in an everything. This store became my go to just because of her . She's an entire vibe. Also the shops pretty small easy to miss. Wedged between Chucky cheese an some food joint.

Never have simple products such as creatineor glutamine.When to pay, and i have a gift card. The cashier simply could not figure out how to process the gift card and told me that i am not able to use it today if i want to proceed.Walked right out. Sorry to whoever gave me the gift card, but another loyal customer lost for life.

An independently owned franchise with a good selection. They have the same advertised sales as the corporate GNC stores. The woman in the shop is sweet and personable. No hassle, upwelling attempts or pushing of their specific products. To me, that's great for a "health" store. I cannot stand when the associates try to sway my opinions or shove products down my throat when I have already said what I wanted. I will continue to stop here to replenish my GNC Lean Protein bar stock.

My local GNC said they weren't processing returns so I went to this one. The guy made me feel awful about taking my return and whined the whole time. He said, "wow, I just took this guy's major return now you?" This was in front of customers. He said I'd "put him in the negative" and that I should go back to my original GNC and "demand a refund." I felt humiliated. I can't believe people like this actually exist. I worked in customer service, and I always tried to help my customers to the best of my abilities. This was the worst experience I've ever had and it topped off a terrible week so congrats. Lost a customer.

Got what I needed while also benefiting from a good sale they were having. The service was friendly and helpful as well. Locally owned, for all of you fitness & nutrition buffs go check them out.
