Hours: Goodwill Shopton Rd is a larger, brand new store in the Charlotte area. The building is pretty new, super clean and well‑organized. The layout makes it easy to browse and everything is tidy. Staff are extremely friendly, consistently helpful and greeting customers at the front. Jessica Beach is an exceptional employee who helps in all areas of the store, from the donation area to the sales floor, as a cashier and bringing products and merchandise where they need it. Gabi and the team bringing energy and an ethical attitude. The store has a ton of good stuff and very nice merchandise. Dropping off donations is easy, staff are friendly and appreciate the helping. Overall the experience is one of the best shopping experiences, clean, organized and serviceable.
