The guy in the picture was very rude and not friendly at all ,not very helpful and I left the items at this store found a better store with better deals so yourself a favor do not shop here .

This Goodwill is one of the cleanest and most organized I’ve been to. The staff was friendly, and the clothes were in great condition and reasonably priced—except for the shoes. Charging $28 for off-brand, used shoes is kind of absurd.
However, my biggest disappointment is that they’ve removed the dressing rooms, making it impossible for customers to try on clothes. I spent half an hour picking out jeans and sweaters, only to find out I’d have to buy them, take them home, and then return them if they don’t fit. That’s extremely inconvenient.
We all know used clothing can be streach out, which is why it's important to try it on. Even box stores like Walmart have dressing rooms, so why wouldn't a thrift store?
I’ve shopped at Goodwill since childhood. I literally got my prom dresses from Goodwill a few years ago because it's what I could afford. I had to try on a ton to find one that fit. That's not possible for other girls in the same situation now and I fell sad for them, and parents who this also affects. Because of that, I won't shop at Goodwill until the dressing rooms return.

Employee Shay was very rude. I was browsing some clothing items on a rack that was out to be put on the sales floor racks and before I could finish looking at the end of the rack, she swiped the whole rack away rather FORCEFULLY FROM IN FRONT OF ME and thought that by saying “excuse me” afterwards that it would make it okay. I’ve never seen a goodwill employee conduct themselves in such a behavior. If she had waited just 30 more seconds, I would’ve been done. I was left dumbfounded in the middle of store by her lack of self awareness and customer service. Train your employees to have better common sense and attitudes!

What is the purpose of a goodwill with no changing rooms? Don't come here if you have to try things on before buying or you all just waste your time. Rude unhelpful employees too.

Bring back the fitting rooms, it’s ridiculous not to have them. Even value village has changing rooms.

This review is overdue. I stopped by on Saturday, 10-22-22, to pass some time while waiting on a friend for dinner. Almost walked out empty handed until I saw this beauty. Just needed a lint brush & it was good as new. Go Ravens!

we found these funny pants ?? but seriously they’re always nice here, i think this is the best goodwill i have ever been to. their clothes are organized by color/ style and they have a great selection. i would HIGHLY recommend you to check out this place ?

This was one of the best Goodwill locations I’ve visited! The clothes were organized by type and color, which I found to be very useful for looking for specific colors that I was looking for. It was not organized by size, but it made the hunt fun. The people working were incredibly kind, and I really enjoyed the experience I had here. I got a few tops and they were reasonably priced. I highly recommend checking this store out.
