Mistreated things are of no use broken dishes broken glasses and at the same price who is going to buy rubbish that is of no use apart from the clothes they are giving them like new at a new price don't be fair to the people These are things that are given to you and you give them at a price Again, I say it's good that it's expensive but things that don't work are of no use, people are expensive, don't go and waste your money there on garbage.

I haven’t been to this goodwill in a while due to I don’t live in Charlotte. my last visit was back in June, I was sad to hear that one of the managers Chris that helped my wife and I our first time there was no longer working at that location. He definitely made our experience amazing and the reason we wanted to come back when we visit Charlotte again.This goodwill is honestly one of my favorite places to go. My wife loves the target stuff the get in definitely great for some small projects. I would recommend to anyone

I just left Goodwill and I had a very unpleasant experience with an associate name Brianna. She was very aggressive with customers.

Went to this goodwill about a week ago just to kill some time, the people working there were super nice the person who checked me out had such a good attitude and had me laughing. Nicest people, Im not usually a big fan of thrift stores in this area but they had some pretty cool stuff in there and very easy to shop

This is a great Goodwill, but there’s one lady (Shonika) that spoils the atmosphere every time I visit. Talking about your coworkers and customers is not something you do while customers wait in line to be checked out. It makes the trip not worth it.

Have shopped at this Goodwill for many years at different times. The customer service is good. Always find new items from Target here. Great selection of vintage. Timing is essential on what you will find or shopping for. Store clean, organized and pleasant. Tuesday is discount for seniors...nice. Have 1-4 check out lanes. Can get busy and long lines to check out. Plenty of natural light and windows.

Overall, the store is very organized. My problem is, when I return an item, they look at me as if I stole something. I only go to Goodwill because I find great items and certain bargains there. But to the Manager, I make way more on my salary weekly then what you make in a month. You are not making Beyonces money so stop giving us customers a hard time returning items with a receipt. ??? You know who you are.

I came in last Saturday because I was in the area. This location is way bigger than University and it was cleaner and more organized. I spent around 2 hours finding all types of gems that I needed and didn't need lol. I thought the selection of items were pretty good here. I just think across the board Goodwill pricing doesn't make sense. Some stuff is equivalent to buying new. Overall, I enjoyed what I did purchase but my feelings about pricing haven't changed from location to location.

TERRIBLE customer service. If you don’t like your job, go find another one and let someone who actually wants to work do it. How do you say you value shoppers and then hire rude people? Unacceptable.

They charge $2.99 for tshirts but they claim tshirts aren’t tshirts if they stretch and charge over $5. This is ridiculous. Price gouging. I can get new tshirts at target, walmart, shein, and forever 21 for less.
