Before this store was very good, now there are employees who believe they are the owners, the products are donated and they are very expensive, and I had several not very pleasant experiences with 1 person, he is like a different race, but he speaks Spanish very well, he says things like, with this customer yes, with this one no, there is preference, he believes that not all of us understand what he says, the same Americans of this type are very friendly, and he behaves indifferent, he seems like the owner of GOODWILL, I think I'd better stay away from this store,

I have always donated to this organization, but after moving here a little over a year ago, I have had a very different experience at this location than I ever did in the northern part of the state. I always ensure clothing is fresh washed, toys are clean and have all the pieces and household items are in great condition prior to donating. It’s heartbreaking to see perfectly good items tossed and broken while I’m sitting right there. I wish this only happened one time and was a mistake, but it happened again! I will search for another location or organization to donate gently used items to so that they can make their way to someone who needs or wants them- rather than having them destroyed prior to making it beyond the parking lot.

Went in here and asked 2 associates if there was a dressing room and I was told both times I could use the restroom. I went into the restroom to try things on and then a manager told me no clothes in the dressing room. I don't know how you expect people to buy things if they don't know if they fit. Also, only 1 cashier open and no sense of urgency on ringing people up. I left empty handed and won't be returning.

The cashier job description should include gently folding all clothes especially since they stopped giving bags to customers.

Whoever prices the stuff here is ridiculous. I found a used basket from dollar tree priced at $3. I just went to dollar tree and purchased it new for $1. I never have luck at this location with clothes or stufg

Not in this area often but always visit. Won't pay $5 for a used T-shirt, too much

Great place also stop in when I visit. All the womens clothes are pretty much 5 dollars, 6 for jeans. It's color coded. I've had no problems with the staff. But it's usually busy and hard to find a cart! I'm kinda bummed there are no dressing rooms available!

I was doing a drop off on foot and was told I had to stand in line behind 10 vehicles. No common sense and no help.

Beware of this GW. I was going to purchase Soma brand cool nights long sleeve shirt pjs and manager insisted it was a blouse. I pulled up the Soma website on my cell to show it was nightwear and he still insisted it was a blouse, not nightwear. They are all about the money. I wasn't going to pay blouse prices for nightwear.

I'm done with goodwill and no dressing room. I don't have time to waste on returns. Wonder how much money they lose every year because they don't have dressing rooms? "Team safety" is an empty excuse. Are all businesses unsafe that have dressing rooms? How about shorter doors where you can see feet? Baloney.

no fitting room and no bags. many customers shop. They do have good quality belts for $1.99. Only problem I had the cashier charge me $6.99 for pair of slacks instead of $4.99 they are place in the slacks section not jeans. They always have new with tag clothing sometimes

I went to this location to look for a used desk. I had been here once before. I thought I would check out the shoes. For some reason, people were gathered while the shoe girl put out new shoes. Just thinking they are waiting for something...never saw this elsewhere or other GW's. Then the shoe girl chews me out, and yells for me to get out of the shoe area until the new shoes are out. I am taken back and ask why... but feeling a way about the disrespect. She says you can't be here. I tell her that could talk a little nicer to people. She laughs. Again, having visited other GW's in the past and never hearing of this, and not seeing any signs, I just stepped away from her to stop the unwanted scene she was causing. Another worker yells at me too but more anxiously. I am like what is going on? I step further away and discuss the dialogue "with another customer" that was also appalled at the workers reactions to a customer. We said they were acting crazy. Then the first girl dramatically drops her shoes and marches off. Then out of nowhere a "manager" tells me to leave the store. I ask why of course as I am VERY confused. I feel threatened at this point and not wanting to move. He never explains why and then calls the police. Like really. I felt that he was showing off and being ridiculous for no reason. I was not speaking to any of the workers and neither was the other customer. I tell the cop and he suggests that I call the corporate office when I passed him as I was leaving. I did not see a desk so was leaving... DO not go to this location. Another store told me that with all the poor management(my words)....fist fights happen there and it has a long negative history per reviews on YELP, here, and BBB. Stay away from these dangerous people. There are others near by and they are quite pleasant.
