This rating is due to the fact that I do not feel safe shopping there after it gets dark. There were NO lights in the parking lot on my last 2 visits there. I like to park farther away to prevent other drivers from putting more dents in my car. I couldn't see my car from the door the last time I was there and there was an altercation going on between 2 men near the Shopton Road entrance. Please get the lights turned back on before someone is attacked in the dark.

Update 11/18/24 The registers were running smoothly but it smells like disinfectant so bad that my allergies go crazy!
They have one register open. If someone wants to do a return, they page the manager while everything else stops. There are 4 registers, but the manager uses the only one open. Everyone waits. Then he leaves, he doesn't acknowledge the line or try to move it along. It also smells funky!

Unfortunately Goodwill skims all the good stuff off to sell on ebay. Impossible to find the deals they used to have prior to this strategy

They sell very expensive shoes at almost the same price as new clothing stores and the treatment is terrible. The employees are very angry and they sell all the shoes to some ladies who sell them at the flea market.

I always come here to get work clothes and have never had a problem.
Today I asked if I could use the restroom and the manger said no we just cleaned it. Okay that’s fine can I use the men’s she visibly saw me dancing around because I had to pee so bad. She says “ there’s a public down the road in a nasty ass attitude.
Umm I shouldn’t have to go to public when I’m shopping at your establishment to piss. So you want me to go to Publix, put my child in the car, and get her out again then turn around and come back here to buy my stuff because you are so worried about someone messing up your bathroom put out a damn wet floor sign and call it a day like all the other businesses. I will be calling corporate and also telling Everton how rude the service is at this location. I hope they fire you!

had some good things but everything is misplaced and then they don't want to honor it. With returns they refuse to take the item since it didn't match with the receipt had said. The cashiers could be better.

I dropped some items off for your company to have and sell. I was spoken very rudely too. Its amazing that I donated items to your company and get treated like that. Funny how some people don't realize where their paycheck comes from.

I was excited to travel out of my way to shop at the newest Goodwill Store in Steele Creek I purchased a pair of jeans and enquired about the small Vizio Sound bar behind the cashier counter, amazingly the price $69.99 was comparable to a brand new unopened Vizio Sound bar!! The cashier checked online and called for a manager, she showed her the online price and the item was taken to the back supposedly for repricing!! Today, I returned to the same store to return the jeans because the didn't fit and seen the Vizio back on the same shelf, with hopes of a reduced price I again enquired and was told the price is $69.99, I explained to the gentleman who came out to complete my return however, he did not seem to enthused to help with the situation. I will not shop at the Steele Creek location again.

Stayed on hold for 12 minutes for employees to check lost and found for my wallet. Unprofessional staff and will not be returning.

Not entirely sure what the manager is named, but she’s incredibly rude to customers. I’ve never experienced the treatment I did today. I sincerely hope this woman finds peace and just all around learns how to work in the service industry. You don’t belong in it if you can’t just be polite. Even what she said could’ve been said in a way nicer tone, with something called RESPECT. I cannot return what I don’t receive.

I have found great clothing pieces here and the staff is very friendly and helpful
