This trip reigned horribly below my previous three GH trips. Each time I say, ‘Well it can’t get any worse.’ My friends…it did. This last trip I was gang stalked and I believe the bus driver(s) was involved. I pray I never have to GH again. I am still shaken up from very week later. Horrible! Frightening! Disturbing! Those are my three Stars!

Nice medium size bus station there is no restaurant, but there are some vending machines. The staff is very helpful and nice. There is security guards on duty the bathroom are clean. Nice bus station they have receptacle to charge phones, bench to sit

I had a bus scheduled to leave at 1:15pm, I waited til 3:00 pm and after I asked with little information on the delay. All I got was just wait. No regard for on timeless. Greyhound is slipping. They won’t get my money no more.

It's a bus station. If you need to catch the bus, you'll find there's ample seating, restrooms available, snacks for purchase, and most of the time there's a customer service agent at the counter. If you're expecting a clean facility, please lower your expectations. I came to pick up a friend's child that is unable to fly or drive. Upon pulling in, the parking lot was filthy so I paid to park across the street. Two people outside were mixing Patron and beer (not joking), while making Tik Tok videos. One of the agents came outside to talk to a customer and quickly became an impromptu life coach. Mainly encouraging the man to stay away from Patron and beer cocktails. Again, it's a bus station. But then, a man came up to me with a bag of various goods and asked if I would like to purchase a cane or perhaps a fan. I'll admit, my experience was entertaining but I've no interest in taking the bus.

They helped me get a ride after I missed my connecting bus buy ordering me an Uber.The staff was friendly and kept me up to date on what the plan was going to be after my bus was and hour and a half late.The snack machines are a little overpriced but have a good selection.You can hear the ballfield outside and smell the hotdogs.Overall I am impressed with the experience and their service.

I wish I could give this a negative 5 stars. This was a terrible first experience. People hanging out outside of the building being loud. The “customer service” is a joke. I asked for an update on the delayed bus and she went off on me telling me that her shift is over and that she is supposed to be on her way home. The bus driver was also very rude and unprofessional. I’m so happy I stayed to watch my dad get on the bus. The bus driver told him he couldn’t take his suitcase onto the bus and to put it to the side. He did and then he had his ticket scanned and he got on the bus. The bus driver yelled at him and told him to get his bag. My 84 yo father had to go back down the steps! I walked out and let her know that he’s 84 and that he would need assistance and she replied “Well assist him then!” I put his suitcase on the bottom of the bus and begged him to fly instead and he insisted on taking the bus. He did get to his location safely so that is the most important thing.

This company deserves a zero rating. Had a trip booked to leave out on a Friday at 2:50am I received a text a few hours before my departure at 10:48pm to inform me via text message that they were having operational issues. I then contacted the “scheduling dept” (800 number listed on line) and was advised they didn’t have a driver for the bus, rep Was rude then hung on me. Having the hardest time trying to speak with the management staff regarding how this issue was handled..very last min and very unprofessional for such a “reputable” company.. Never will I ever book with Greyhound and would not recommend this company to anyone else.

Ever since Greyhound was purchased a few years ago, their service has gone into the toilet. The station was dirty, the customer service was terrible, and to top it all off, the bus was late. I was originally scheduled to leave at 5:50 pm, then 7:05. My bus finally left at 12:30 am! If you have to take a Greyhound bus, try like hell to find another way. I've ridden Mega Bus before and enjoyed it so much more. The only problem with Mega is that it only travels between certain locations, usually major cities. It's so sad to see what Greyhound has become ?

Greyhound bus was running late and i had a connecting bus , which wasn't a gh bus, and the bus was pulling out as we we're pulling in and gh contacted the driver to see if she could circle the block and come back and she didn't!!! GH had to reroute alot of people and majority had to wait over 9hrs for the next bus to leave out. GH did a great job rerouting folks but please invest in better charter bus. Rising from Charlotte to Columbia SC on the 1:35 bua today.The bus driver immediately kicked me off the bus and said I couldn't ride without my ticket. I explained that greyhound had not emailed my ticket and the first two busses I'd taken found me on the passenger manifest. The bus driver then walked me into the station and had an employee explain that there was no way to get on the bus without a ticket. After pleading my case for several minutes, she explained I couldn't ride if I wasn't in the passenger manifest. I explained that I am on the manifest and they were refusing to check it. Finally they took my ID and let me on the bus. Very frustrating.

Greyhound don't deserve the title of a true "Greyhound". They are reliable. This dysfunctional place s/b called "The Mutt". To the "CEO" of this distasteful place, ride your bus as a "patron". Afterwards, if you don't see the errors of this so called transportationservices, then you are just as pathetic as the services you "pretend" to provide. This place has a mission statement (contractual). Your mission statement is just that! "A Statement", if there aren't the actions following. Do better.

It got me where had to go . My prego daughter showed up an 11/2 early nobody but one lady in lobby and she was made to wait outside and any questions you asked lady at desk annoyed her so bad .. she was to busy on her own phone and answered you with yea what do you want.. so unprofessional but made to destinations

If your not sure where your going the friendly lady will let know she'll say it out loud and she means what she say and say what she means in a friendly way. So pay attention ² where your heading and don't get her confused about her job.

Calling this place "utilitarian" is appropriate. It serves its designated function, and nothing more. I did not use the facilities while awaiting my bus. But overhearing others' impression of them, this only served to benefit my perception of the overall experience. It appears some time has passed since money, effort, or care has been devoted towards the station's upkeep. The only truly good part of my visit here was the opportunity to get acquainted with some of my fellow travelers, who proved to be rather nice folks.
