I bought a CLS 550 2016, it was a straight Lemon š.. please don't purchase a car from here. The broke down had it towed to Eurofefd. Haven't had the a good 4months the Eurofed Mechanics says it has $22,000 thousand dollars in maintenance. Now my Wife has to contact the Attorney General and We got High powered Attorney to represent US. Please don't buy a car in Charlotte nc on North Tryon or Wilkinson Blvd. Trash Lemonsš

I Bought a 2013 BMW 750I M sport with 112,000 miles on it. PAID $15,550 WITH TAX TITLE AND TAG. Drove the vehicle less than a week, got a FUEL System Malfunction and car goes into limp mode. Had to take it to Hendricks BMW Charlotte Northlake ( Great service by the way). first diagnosis fuel line cracked in 3 places. Replaced fuel line ($2138). drove it for 3 Days, EXACT Same Malfunction. Brought it back to BMW Northlake. They Had to replace Electronic fuel pump, fuel system Module and High Pressure Fuel Pump, front brakes, air intake lines into the Turbos, front thrust rods and do a 4 wheel alignment and change Wipers. Because i told the to fix what was wrong with the car besides the Valve cover gasket that needs to be replaced (Cause i dont have an Additional $5836.34) at a cost of $8,634.19. They( Gulf export ) offered to see if thier mechanic (who they said put $2500 in parts on the car) could save me some money. I declined stating that if thier mechanic was too incompetant to find a cracked fuel line, i didn't want them touching my vehicle. ALL that said PLEASE be careful dealing with these people. If i could give them -5 stars i would.

I picked up a 2011 tundra today, and I have to say this is one of not the best buying experiences I have had on the dealership side of things. Sammy and the guys there do everything in their power to help the customer. They provided excellent customer service, their selection is top notch, and their repair facility is top of the line. If your looking for a no nonsense buying experience, then you need to stop here and purchase with confidence

I purchased a Range Rover.. it was a ? LEMON. Their customer service was horrible and the car spent more time in the shop than it did on the road. It had a ton of problems from overheating to dry rot tires. They made promises to fix but never did. I cut my losses.. BUYER BEWARE

I came here to get a car and after a month I got hit with a 17.5k in repairs which I didnāt expect because now I got put in a costly financial situation because the salesman didnāt do his homework on the car, told me itās was a v6 but it was a inline 6 instead, also told me there were no problem which got me into the 17.5k in repairs which COSTED more then then What I paid for the car I would never come back or recommend anyone to, I would stay away from anyone who doesnāt know the basics of the car which it was my fault that I didnāt take that as a red flag, I know your read this do betterā¦Update: I did, the white bmw 535i xdrive 2011 yeah well Im in 14k debt because of that thanksā¦

Went in Friday to test drive a car, first and foremost it took someone forever to greet me and come to the desk. Secondly the Asian guy that was there told me he was the only one so I couldnāt test drive the car. So I just looked at it. He didnāt seem very helpful. So he told me to come back Saturday it would be others there. I explain to him could he make a way bc I was willing to buy if I liked but of course he couldnāt. The next day I came by and Zay greeted me immediately and was very nice. I said are you the only one here he says yes. I said so I canāt test drive a car he said certainly. I said the Asian guy yesterday said he could bc he was the only one, so nevertheless we drove the car, Zay was very nice and personable. When almost back to the shop he said he did a bill of sale on the car already but the person has not brought back the money. Well I was willing to negotiate and get the dat then but he had to call his manager. Well to make a long story short it was the managers friend was getting the car so he was holding it for him. So basically if I would have tested drove it the day before it would have been mines. Keep in mind I was paying cash no financing. So to make a long story short I went and looked at another and brought it the same day. They lost a customer, business, got a bad review and negative comments if asked by anyone do they recommend. Again to Zay thank you for trying to assist me. He even texted me and said he would keep me up to date about the car but said knew I would find something else by Monday bc I seemed eager.

Sammy was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped us find a Land Rover that was perfect for us. He took his time going over the vehicles he had available and explaining everything about them. He was better than going to a the LR dealer. When we need another vehicle we will definitely be coming back to him.

Stopped by to check out a vehicle on the lot and was about to enter the establishment to inquire about a Porche on the lot. A guy is getting out of a car with other customers who he had just come back from a test drive. I tell him I'm interested in knowing more about the Panamera. He doesn't introduce himself or anything. He says it's sold. I say ok..so obviously he was done talking to me. I asked him how often he gets Panameras and he says we get them all the time. I say thank you and he walks away. This guy had horrible customer service skills. He didn't try to ask if I was interested in any thing else on the lot. I felt he wanted to get rid of me. I drove up in a mini van, so I guess I didn't look like I had money. I didn't have a huge gold chain on nor was I flashy enough. It's a shame that people have preconceived notions of what you can and can't afford. I would not recommend any of my peers or coworkers to buy anything from this establishment. The young Asian man that I spoke to should have training because that sort of behavior won't get him sales and it will help the car dealership go out of business real quick.

I got to stop by after looking for a month for a car and got contacted after a day of the inquire, and got the car I've been wanting for sometime. Sammy went out of his way to help with the car and stayed late to complete everything needed. Great cars and people to work with. Will recommend again. Thank you

Stay away from this car dealership!!! There cars look great, but they are the WORST!!.horrible!!horrible!!!..We purchase a BMW..within 1 week we had problems. Not minor but MaJor!!!..The warranty they sale is a rippoff also!, Sammy and Mario talk a good game the the vehicles are not worth a dime. We actullay had to get a lawyer!..and write to the Attorney General Office!!..if you have problems write to Attorney General office!!..together we can stop all the fraudent sales!!..

I will never buy other car from this place! I have had nothing but issue after issue with this car. I purchased a cls550 mercedes benz. From day one the car has been nothing but a pain! I would not trust this dealership. Save ur self a headache ?
