I had previously been a MetLife customer through my company for all of my insurance needs for over 20 years (Home, Vehicle, Recreational Vehicle, Umbrella Liability). After MetLife was purchased by Farmers, I knew I had to find a new solution. And I couldn't have been luckier to have had Traci at HB Cantrell be the recommendation I received from a friend.
With her expertise and amazing customer service, I obtained even better coverage for a lower rate through Auto Owners. I have recently had the pleasant experience on renewal all of my policies through their site. With sign up using one of multiple policy numbers, I was presented with a screen with all of my policies, one simple online payment for all and a quick marking off my to do list of paying my annual premiums. It was fantastic!
Defining a relationship by the client and summarizing all policies on one screen and with one single payment would sound like basic table stakes for anyone working in technology. However, my previous experience was one of policy numbers changing each year for the same item and then no tie between one policy and another. It would take forever and phone calls, etc, etc to take care of what should be one simple task.
Can't thank Auto Owners, HB Cantrell and Traci enough for making life simple to get the right coverage at the best prices with a simple path take care of the annual payment. Insurance done right! I wouldn't start with anyone other Traci for any insurance need I may have!

Brenda contacted me and told me that she had good news for us. She was able to review our policies and provide a savings. This was the first time that an insurance company was proactive in finding savings while ensuring we continued with the coverage we needed. She was very insightful and helpful with the process. I have referred several family members to them due to this service they provide. Definitely seek our Brenda for any insurance needs.
