They have a lot of heavily used to gently used items. Some areas of the store is a bit cluttered. Some of the prices, depending on what you’re looking for, are a bit high for used items. But overall they have everything you need for a remodel

Great customer service, thanks for having spare tape measures handy (I always leave mine in the car), good selection, fair pricing, though I would lower the prices on framed pictures and appliances. Also, I wish there were more books and DVDs. Otherwise, I like this location.

This location has the best selection of furniture in the Charlotte area, good prices and furniture is clean and in good condition.

Bought a new washer dryer set but had to pick up next day for truck rental. The appliance was scraped up badly when I went to get it but the guy refused to credit me for damage when I pointed it out.Be sure to pick up stuff same day.
