Great prices for a great cause! I volunteered at this ReStore on a Saturday morning with Habitat Young Professionals, and I loved the experience! We were pricing, organizing items on shelves, and helping unload donated items. After the shift, I went shopping! There are so many treasures including furniture, dinnerware, tools, and even jewelry. If you recently moved or are just looking for something new, definitely worth a stop to see what you find. The popular items fly off the shelves, so a lot of it is just luck of timing - which makes finding something you love that much sweeter! Proceeds go toward supporting Habitat for Humanity's work, so you feel even better about your purchases. Highly recommend checking out the book store + coffee shop next door as well.

Prices are insanely high. Over $50 for a 6x9 inch frame. Coffee tables for over $125. Saw some rugs priced for $2.99 and the exact same ones priced at $16.99. I would not shop here customer service was rude.Stop trying to make money for your CEO!!!!

I do not understand this place. Terrible quality used items for a Super expensive price. And I mean used. Banged up used. You can go next door to goodwill and get better items for fair prices.

they are very nice in there. And I always find a treasure or two. The store is laid out in very logical sections so it makes for a quick in and out if you don't have a lot of time.

Came to this store at 9 am and I had to go to the restroom and I have never seen such a filthy mess. Let the manager, Jordan know. I dont think he wanted to know because later refused to help me and sent his side kick Melissa. Melissa, bless her heart, obviously just started. I asked her about a damaged mantel piece. It was clear she had no clue on what has to be done to repair the item. Its been sitting in the store since early November. The colomn was completely destroyed. Melissa said it was vintage teak wood. She had no clue what she was saying and started staring into space.I had to get another customer to help me take another mantle down. According to Karin they were short staffed. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and much more aware of the store and its contents. I will say she was concerned about what Melissa said but we were talking about a different mantle piece. Melissa had already killed that sale with her lack of knowledge, (she might be better with ladies merchandise, throw pillows, dishes etc. ) The best employee in the complete store was Tess / Dess (not sure on the name). She was pleasant, friendly, kept counter neat and orderly, and willing to assist any way possible.I then went to the Wilkinson store. Warren, store manager, and Dallas were extremely helpful. This store is a 5 star store and is run professionally. Another customer there said that Wendover and Wilkinson were like night and day. It is 100% true. Wendover had excellent merchandise and I shared that with Jordan. Honestly its not worth the hassle to expect employees that are clueless to answer questions. I will not return to that store no matter what merchandise they have.

Restore Wendover was once a well run second hand store. The prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly and polite. I have purchased many pieces of furniture, light fixtures, and housewares. In the past year or so, prices have become inflated - used and often worn or damaged merchandise costs the same or more than Amazon or Marshall’s. The staff , who I no longer recognize, are unfriendly and frankly, rude. I went back yesterday only because my daughter was excited about the Christmas merchandise they were putting out. I waited in a long line to buy a lamp shade and a few Christmas items. When I finally got to the counter, the clerk said that the Santa I was buying needed to be priced higher ( a small resin Santa with no box ticketed at $1). He then called for a price check despite the long line of people waiting to check out. Another staff member finally comes to the counter and arbitrarily says- let’s make it $5. ( The sticker on the Santa was secure and there was clearly no tampering- so I’m guessing they thought a volunteer had underpriced this ornament). I don’t know of any business that changes prices at the register based on their opinion of the value of an object… while a long line of patrons waits. I was polite to the clerk despite this - but declined to purchase. The Wendover Restore is such a disappointment and the staff needs to be trained in customer relations. Hopefully the many poor reviews of late will get the attention of regional management.

I rarely visit Wendover restore anymore- they have so inflated prices on used goods that you can purchase for less at Marshall's, Amazon, or just about any discount store. I stopped by only because my daughter said they had put some holiday items out. I picked up a few items including a Santa that plugs in. The Santa had a one dollar sticker and no box. After waiting a long time in line with scores of others waiting behind me, the man waiting on me questioned the dollar sticker and called for a price check. Needless to say, I indicated I was not going to hold up all the customers over a price check for a used Santa at a thrift store. I'm just not sure who is running this place now, but based on reviews - clearly it is poorly managed. Such a shame! I won't be shopping at the Wendover Restore.

This location is large and has a rotating selection of new inventory. The staff and volunteers are all very pleasant and friendly. That being said, I’m consistently astounded by the pricing here. A used IKEA chair for full retail price, dressers ridden with scratches for $250, mass produced artwork with cracked glass for $25, the list goes on. It’s a shame that a non profit has the audacity to charge often MORE than vintage store prices for their donated items. How are people on a budget supposed to afford anything used here? Isn’t that the point? Whoever is pricing this inventory it’s obviously out of touch, both with what people can afford and what things are actually worth. On top of that, I see items sitting here for weeks, even months, because one no one wants to pay full price for a used item. What is the point of wringing your customers dry of every penny when inventory just takes up space and collects dust for weeks on end? I want to love this location but it feels like management takes advantage of people on a budget.

I’ve had some fantastic finds from this location. Some pricing can be high on some items, others are a bargain so it evens out. We had to make two trips because the dresser and bookcase purchased wouldn’t both fit in our SUV.It would be great if they partnered with a team or company for delivery assistance on some of the larger items; you often see people struggling to make their purchases fit into their vehicles.

They have everything you could possibly need to remodel and decorate your house. This location is in a good safe area, it’s pretty much clean. My absolute only issue is for used items some of the prices were a bit up there. Other than that everything was great and easy to find what you need in designated areas.

Me an my husband often are repairing, plumbing, remodeling, painting or just welding and making stuff, This store is great for that on a budget and it helps the community in need also. So if you need anything for anything, try this store.

I’d recommend you avoid donating here. I was turned away before the bay was posted to be closed. The excuse was the bay was full and it was only one person working that area. Seemed like he wanted to leave early and not have to unload my relatively small load. Posted times for donation is until 4:00 Tues. and I drove up as he finished unloadinga couch from another donation but didn’t bother talking to me and closed the garage door.

I love visiting this ReStore because I never know what they're carrying and it adds to the excitement to find something that's usable, affordable, and something that adds value to what I'm putting together. Affordable prices and a great selection. Plus, they have a coffee shop and bookstore attached to it that I really enjoy. A lovely store that I will continue to return to time and time again
