Appointment booked more than a month in advance and getting a call less than 15 hours before the appointment to inform ‘the room is not available’. Such poor scheduling process with complete disregard of customer’s time. This is the treatment to a long standing member at this facility. Take my advice and drive 10 more minutes to Indian Land location where they value every customer and stay true to their appointments.

The service is good. However, they started to call me right before my appointments and move the time after waiting weeks for the allotted time. I recommend finding a place more reliable.

I love getting my facials here, but I don't like how they are constantly trying to up sale me or sell me products every time I come in. I already have a membership ... I just want to enjoy the service I paid for.

Front desk always helpful and friendly. My therapist is Amazing and knows my needs so personally that I never have to redirect or have him adjust anything, it's always perfect and is as much mental therapy as it is massage therapy. Great experience always. Highly recommend!

I gave my lovely, (mostly) deaf husband a gift card for a massage way back in 2019. It wasn’t until this year - his 70th birthday - that he chose to redeem the card. I am grateful for Melissa Ennis who made his experience what it was intended to be. Both Rick and I are looking forward to our next indulgence (my bday is next).?

Never try to book online! Even called to verify my appointment and was told that I had an appointment. Get to my appointment and was told that I didn’t but the assistant remembered me calling to verify the appointment. This is the second time I’ve had bad service at Hand & Stone. Will not be back and I’m so glad that I didn’t purchase and get stuck with the membership package.

Charged my credit card multiple times without my authorization, resulting in a build up of “credits” I neither want nor need. I was simply trying to use a gift card, and now I am out money that I could have used for important medical expenses. I am very disappointed. No disclosure was provided in advance for applying a monthly charge. The explanation of the charges was a joke. Made no sense.

Best massage by Nicole P.! Clean and the friendliest front desk. Amanda and Harley were so helpful and nice! I highly recommend the Waverly location!
