Harbor freight, my toy store if you will. I love this place so much I've considered working there. They always have what I want/need heck they even got things i didn't need but bought anyways. Went last week bought a floor jack with my grandpa and they carried it to the car for us. Great staff working here!

Good afternoon
I went to store # 00104 to return an item, but this is the worst experience I have in my life.
I was in the line returning an item, and the person at the register was chit chatting with the customer in front of me for about 5 minutes... please check the cameras/ videos if you like . The time of the incident is 10:45-10:50 am of today 11/09/2024...
Anyway, the employee at the register was chit chatting with the customer without any consideration to the line, and when I'm approached her to ask if she was still open, she literally got upset and nasty yelling me to leave the store and comeback with a better attitude...
Seriously, it just was a question since her job was to help customers, and it was a simple question since it looks like she was very into the conversation and just the other register #02 was really working .....
Again, she kicked me out of the store, and I was disoriented of the attitude and literary she screen to me about 5 times to leave the store and af course I replayed to her that I'm not living until I'm done ....
This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous because she doesn't have the right to scram to me to leave the store... in front of all the customers in line.
Besides that, she didn't have any respect for a senior, and I strongly believe she is capable of working with customers.
I humble demand from Harbor Fraigh Tools Independence NC store and apologies , I was totally embarrassed by her attitude and the worse part was she screem to me kicking me out of the store for a just simple question which interrupt her flattering with the customer mentioned in the beginning of my message.
I'm totally offended because I buy tools from Harbor Fraight because their tools and supplies are varied and prices, and honestly, this unrespecfully behavior is unacceptable.
Just for the records, I never in my whole life happened something similar for a simple question to an employee who is supposed to be working, not chit chatting while the line us waiting.

Us two seniors brought a Honda van to pick up two tool cabinets that just did not want to both fit. The lady who helped us load also helped us unpackage them so that we could get them both in the van - all with a smile and a wonderful attitude! We are so grateful for that kind of help.

They only carry display generators! Was told they don't stock any but they have them on display and they wont order one either. Makes no sense to me
