I only share positive experiences, Harris Teeter included. I am new to this area of Charlotte, so this was my first time to this location. The pharmacy tech remembered me well enough to locate me in the store when my order was ready. That was impressive. I'm sure he sees many faces a day.

Save yourself the stress and don't use this pharmacy. Shelly is rude and will refuse to do her job. She will say she "can't" when she means "I don't want to". She has new techs every time I go there, her turnover rate is crazy high. I don't blame them, I would quit on Shelly too. If she's mean to customers, I can't imagine how awful it is working for her. I called every day for a week to find out which prescription they had ready for me and they never answered the phone once. I don't ask for much, the bare minimum really, And you won't get that here.

Shelly didn't want to help me transfer my prescription because I could get it over the counter. My doctor prescribed it to me and I was listening to my doctor. After I said that, she repeated that it is over the counter. When I called back to make the complaint she said she was telling me to help me. Again, for whatever reason my doctor wanted me to have the prescription. She is rude, short and snaps at you. I love my Harris Teeter pharmacy, but will not be back to this one as long as the first point of contact is going to bark at me and argue with me about my prescription. Put on hold to make a complaint and was disconnected.

5-Freaking Stars! We drove 4 hours only to realize we forgot a medication. The pharmacy had no problem filling it and it was ready before we arrived. What a life saver! Next time we will be more prepared but we appreciate the HT Pharmacy!

I've been going to this Harris Teeter Pharmacy for the past 4 years and was pleased and enjoyed all interactions with the Pharmacist and technicians up until about a year ago. I understand that COVID has changed many things: staffing shortages and procedures but I feel that the changes within the last year have been due to staffing changes. The previous Pharmacist/Manager Shelley was so helpful and courteous along with Tech Shelley. Both ladies even though busy, took the time to exchange greetings with customers and answer questions. The new tech I've encountered with the last few times has seemed annoyed that I have questions or concerns. It's basically hit or miss based on who's working that shift. Time to take my prescriptions elsewhere.

I just don’t like the customer service. They rush you, they can be rude over the phone or in person, they act like sometimes they don’t want to contact your insurance to verify coverage, and overall I just feel like using them over the last three years periodically has been stressful sometimes. It’s very disappointing because Harris Teeter has such a great reputation for customer service but I think they failed to add in the pharmacy service as well. The customer service at pharmacy at this location is not the greatest. Update: I have seen this Pharmacy grow and have built relationships with the staff but it took a lot of time. I don’t mind going to this Pharmacy as much as I used to dread doing. I want to say thank you to them for growing.

Store manager Andy is not fit to run a popsicle stand. He is very rude, angry and disrespectful. He is always confrontational with customers. He needs anger management before he, a customer he is consumed with confronting or one of the employees gets seriously hurt. He continues to think he can verbally attack customers unprovoked but when you have bitter uneducated trash that is apart of the GOOD OLE BOYS AND GIRL'S NETWORK within H.T and a district or area manager LeAnn that refuses to address the way customers are treated this is what happens. You can say no all day long its how you say no. Policy is great but talking to paying customers that. respectfullyvhave the audacity to speak up for themselves like they are garbage is unacceptable. LeAnn needs to check the audio and video of her managers confrontational interactions with customers. This individual needs to be monitored. Think about why their has been an even higher turnover since Andy took over. The employees are rude and nasty to customers because the store manager Andy is no example.

Cashier, Ashley was rude and when I asked for a manager she would not call one over but pointed where she could be located. Went to the manager and spoke with her about what happened, not only did she roll her eyes at me, she would not give me the information for corporate. Once Ashley realized I was reading her name tag, she then began to apologize. This location is usually great but I'll definitely be taking my business across the street to publix or earth fare. If your managers do not have any respect for customers, I understand why the employees do not either.

Today my faith in humanity was restored at the Harris Teeter in Steelecroft! As a full time mom AND a full time business owner my schedule is about as tight as it gets. After a quick trip to the store I rushed home to get my little guy down for his afternoon nap. As I was unpacking the groceries I noticed the girl accidentally left my rotisserie chicken out of my cart. I quickly called and sure enough it was still sitting at the checkout. The manager said no problem just come back and get a new one, when I mentioned it might be a couple hrs as my 10 mo old was napping he offered to DRIVE IT TO ME! Sure enough 10 mins later a fresh, still warm rotisserie chicken arrived on my front step (he even had the brains to not ring the bell or knock so as to not wake the baby). So thank you to the staff there for going above and beyond, I never knew a chicken could about bring you to tears. I will be a loyal customer for life!

I am new to town and decided to stop buy to pick up flowers. James was extremely helpful in helping me with self checkout. What a pleasant experience!
