I was in a real pickle. I moved from Charlotte to Huntersville and I needed my prescriptions. A man named Jacob in the pharmacy on Central in Charlotte, not only fixed the fact that my doctor had sent my prescriptions to the wrong Harris Teeter Pharmacy,, found it, and had it sent to the right Harris Teeter Pharmacy here in Huntersville. Rare customer service these days. Thank you Jacob.

Some of the best brisket I've ever had they were cooking right outside, The beef was juicy and tasty, and 12 bucks for a soda chips and a sandwich was a good deal. Very professional and very friendly.

I have been going to this Harris Teeter since 1950's. My grand father would go shopping and take me, and I had a great time looking at the meat & vegetables & candy. My grandfather always had candy. the kids in my neighborhood called him the candy man. Now I shop often and the people are great.

Came here on my lunch break looking for hot food options. Their selection actually looked really good. I knew there would be rotisserie chicken and the usual salad bar but this store also had a station for Asian cuisine. The store was rather clean and well staffed. The other customers were rather friendly. It wasn't my first time in a Harris Teeter but my first time in this location and I will say it left a really good impression.

The pharmacy at this particular Harris Teeter (Central Ave in Charlotte NC) is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever visited in my entire life, including pharmacies in 3rd world countries. The pharmacy tech who greeted me was rude and gave me attitude as if I was bothering her with dropping off a prescription. I was then told 30 min wait time for eye drops. I waited the 30 min with no response or update. I walked to the pick up counter and was told to wait another 15 min... for eye drops. I asked this technician what the reasoning was for the extended wait time was. She stated "we have to fill it". I've now been waiting 50 min total for the eye drops and just now am receiving a text update that the prescription is ready. Outrageous. Rude customer service, slow fill time. 0/10 will be coming back to this location. Only came here because the Harris teeter nearest to me didn't have what I needed.

This pharmacy is a joke. Didn't have an antibiotic I needed in stock, so as opposed to calling my doctor immediately or doing anything they lied to my husband and told them they didn't receive the prescription at all. Just noted the other prescription I have in the system. Completely unprofessional and shady.

Poor customer service; treated as if you were an employee instead of a customer. No carriages available sometimes and when asked for one they just shrug their shoulders and walk away. Lottery machines not working or out of tickets a good majority of the time. This is just some of the problems with this location. Been to other Harris Teeter store locations and they were great...night and day difference from this store....its disappointing.

Really rude lady making subs today. Not going to be spending my money here anymore. Looked right by me and took the order of one of her friends that just hopped in line after I'd been waiting about 10 minutes.

I am a Team Harris Teeter fan, but this location is my least favorite in Charlotte! It's super close to me so I try to keep giving it a chance, but I'm about to start driving further to another one instead. First off, I recently ordered groceries online to be picked up on a later date. My pickup time was "3:30-4pm" so I decided to get there right at 4pm assuming it would be ready. The poor girl they sent out to tell me they hadn't even started shopping for me yet I felt so bad for- it definitely wasn't her fault and I appreciate the kindness she showed me! But I did need the groceries that day, so I waited in my car for 30 more minutes while they did my order. By that point I could've ran in myself and got everything, so I may rethink ordering ahead next time. I also get frustrated by how unorganized this Harris teeter is. I feel like everything is all over the place and adds way more time to each shopping trip. The staff's attitude is very 50/50 when I ask for help finding items inside as well. Since this is up the street from me I'm sure I'll be back, but I do hope I get better experiences next time.

The Harris Teeter Deli is one of my absolute favorites. A foot long sub is $6.99 and some are half off on certain days. Our go to sandwich is the Italian sub! It's juicy and flavorful and super filling. Such a cheap lunch/dinner option!

Didn’t know how to enter my express scripts card on day one. Tried again the following day and was told oh actually that isn’t the problem but if you want to use the card now we have to restart the process entirely so it will be another week. Basically something that should have been free cost me $40 because of their inability to use their own system correctly. Go to cvs or Walgreens instead.

A little disappointed at how how the store is handling (or lack there of) the most recent mask mandate for the county. Despite the sign on the front door saying "mask required" and the employee monitoring the front door, I still counted 5 idiots waking around with no face covering! Perhaps they came in the other entrance by Starbucks? There shouldn't be this much opportunity for error. I even saw one customer right near the deli counter without a mask on, and no one said anything. I am not trying to get into an argument with anyone not wearing a mask.. so I rely on the employees to do their job and use their authority to make sure rules are followed. Frustrated.
