I can’t even begin to understand how somebody got approved for remodeling this store. It just to be lit very nicely, have a unique ornate design that made it stand out from other harris teeter locations and now, they lowered the ceilings, took all the uniqueness out of the store, and added these lights that are way too bright and make the shopping experience horrible. Not only does it now look subpar to the average food lion, it looks ten years older than it did before the renovation. Think high end harris teeter going to low end 1980’s Walmart in appearance. I’ve been shopping at that harris teeter for my entire life but I will never return due to this big downgrade. It is truly a shame that they ruined their best location.

The new layout of this store is awful. The salad bar is greatly reduced in offerings & the attention to it is not good. Being told by an employee that I should walk to the other side of the store to the produce department to get assistance with the salad bar is disappointing. If the produce department maintains the salad bar, then the salad bar should be relocated to the produce department!

I'm new to Harris Teeter because where I'm from Harris Teether does not exist. The store is fairly clean. Unfortunately, I can not find half the things I want or need. They just don't carry some of the brands I'm more familiar with. Their produce is hit or miss. Oftentimes, it seems they are out of items or have very little selection. Their employees are nice, but not often very helpful unless you ask them to be more helpful. Finding one can be difficult at times. They definitely do not go out their way like Publix. However, they do have some good deals. And their gas perks are awesome!

HT IN SOUTH PARK CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED! But a worker Nicole TALK TO MUCH INSTEAD OF BEING A CASHIER IN PEOPLES FACE THEN HAD THE NERVE TO HAVE ATTITUDE WHEN I WAS READY TO CHECK OUT!!! Classic because I WALKED AWAY INSTEAD OF AN ARGUMENT NOT WORTH MY PEACE! Never know who is watching u! She needs more training in CS

Don't love the new layout. Especially the self checkout. It feels like Walmart. I would have thought they would have made this more like a flagship location, especially for the area. I do love the fact that they have a diversified team of employees.

They've been working on Construction for 4 months and keep moving everything around. Super annoying when you are a frequent customer and know where everything is.

This has been by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had at this Harris Teeter location. I left the store very offended and disgusted at the service I received. I am truly shocked because I've shopped at this location many times, ordered cakes dozens of times, and have never experienced what I experienced this morning. I had two small orders so I went to self checkout. I start scanning my items. I get halfway through the order and the machine calls for help. The clerk comes over to see what the issue is, she didn't say hello or anything/ no greeting, barely even a smile. I asked her what was the issue and she looked at the bags and the screen and looks at a video of me scanning the items. She said she didn't see me put anything in the bag. I had already rung up half my items so I was taken back by the fact that you felt the need to watch a video of me scanning. I never received an apology or explanation as to why this happened with their system. Everything that was in my bag was rung up. I went on and finished and paid for that order and started with the next order. I had 4 items and by the time I rung up the last item, which was a small seedless watermelon, it happened again. The lady came back over there to assist because the watermelon didn't scan right so she gave me the code to enter on the screen I entered the code and put the watermelon in the bag and it said help is on the way. I call the clerk again and she punched in the code to clear the screen. She looked as if I didn't ring up the watermelon and I told her you just saw me enter the code. This is ridiculous. Anyway, I completed my purchase and left. I am beyond frustrated to have gone through this, especially on this day. Terrible customer service and Terrible service with the system. I will no longer shop at this location. No one should ever have to experience this type of service. If I didn't have any money, I wouldn't have gone shopping.

The Moorcroft Teeter has a great selection and friendly staff. The frozen food and meat department are very good.
