I find the staff rude. I'm often asked "what do you want" In a bothersome tone. I had to go to the cashier's counter and was assisted by someone eating a donut that looked completely put out they to assist

Went to get a sub and my Sub which was a club taste like more of a salad. The club had 1 slice of turkey, ham and 1 slice of roast beef and the ham and roast beef were very small pieces. ?♀️Very skimpy with the meat.

This is the best Harris teeter by far. I purposely avoid other locations to come to this one for their subs. They’re made with such care and tons of ingredients

Please be careful buying chicken (HT brand) from this location. Today, 5/17, I was purchasing meat that smelled so rancid you could smell it at the self checkout line from 5 ft away. The manager had to remove it from the area. I called the meat department to let them know to check on other chicken products there and he said it's normal for juices to smell and the meat is fine. I have never experienced this putrid of a smell from here and we shop here weekly. I understand juices can smell bad if they get out, but the lack of concern was appalling. Also, check the prices of the products you buy as they do not always align with weekly ad sale prices. I have been overcharged and have purchased expired food several times over the years and never complained, but this is a food safety concern.

Donuts are not fit to eat! Baked in old fat - disgusting! Raspberry filling has nothing to do with raspberries - sugar and chemicals alone - disgusting! Apples battered,rotten and in this place a sticker so that you can not see. This is not the first time such things happen. Many times I have encountered not spoiled lettuce,vegetables or fruit.

I love this store! But they aren’t that accommodating.It’s 2023, kids are in school online and one morning, I forgot my ID while purchasing wine. Kendal store management, was pretty rude to her own staff, responding “what” when they asked for assistance and not using my Picture ID on my phone.I’m all for policy and procedure. Please update it if you want to be hip to the 21st century. Still, a great store.

The slowest online order pickup of any grocery store. Consistently takes 15+ minutes for someone to bring out an order that was already completed and paid for.
