Horrible customer service. Staff lacked interest in solving problem created "by corporate". Misleading advertisements online, over the phone, and in person. Definitely not recommended.

No one came out to greet me, so I can't really speak to the experience.But the low prices on these cars are definitely worth taking another trip.

I bought a 2020 Honda crv and the spare key did not function they did not tell me and to get a replacement key was over $250 . I ran a car fax and the left front had been in an accident they also knew and kept from me. Bad experience

With the way used cars are being purchased left & right I was STRUGGLING to find the exact make and model I wanted. I found one with hertz and did all the reservation for rent2buy online (without talking to anyone) - it was great for putting “dibs” on the car I wanted but since it was a rental prior to being for sale, I had to wait for the last person who rented it to turn it in. (During this time of waiting I checked other websites and the car I was getting with it’s mileage etc was STILL less $)The guys (Claude & Antoine) were FANTASTIC. I give them five stars for their thoroughness with the actual buying process. I didn’t feel bamboozled or pressured and any questions were answered.Hertz as a company is logistically behind - the rental division does not consistently communicate with the sales division so there was a week of waiting with no answers (to NO fault of the employees at hertz used car sales) I definitely wish that was smoothed out to make things easier for the guys.The price for what I got is incredible, and it was worth waiting for in the end.

on 6/28/23 we looked at a car for sale & took it to our mechanic for an inspection. He found multiple problems that added up. Among them, wheels out of alignment causing a noisy ride & uneven wear on the tires, leaky shock absorber, etc. We also asked about a 2nd key fob and missing floor mats & were told they did not have them. A 2nd key fob can cost $300. My mechanic did some research & said he felt that the car was way overpriced. We went back to Hertz with a list of he problems, but were told wouldn't lower the price, so we declined to buy. I highly recommend having a mechanic inspect a car before you buy from Hertz. Apparently, they don't.We had been told we could use the car for free if we returned it in 2 hours, but they had to run it through as if it were being rented, but there would be no charges. We returned it in 1.5 hours. On 7/20, Hertz charged my credit card $623! I called them on 7/21 & they were going to contact "corporate" to fix the situation, & it would take 3-5 days. My Hertz experience has been lousy!Update 7/31/2023: As of today, Hertz has not refunded the $623 they owe me, though we are 10 days into the 3-5 days it should take to fix things. This is frustrating!

What a freaking mess. Called and schedule drive test on car and car not even here. Took them half hr to figure out where the car is. At the end car not even ready but it was posted on website that ready. Very disappointed

Do NOT rent from here! We had a car reservation, but arrived 2 hours late (flight delay) and we're told that they had no cars, but "there might be one available in a few hours" if we wanted to wait. We didn't and had to eat the cost of an upgraded car with enterprise (who had a much more polite staff). We travel full time and have never, ever seen this level of incompetence with 30 people sitting around waiting to see if there might be cars because they overbooked that much.They also wouldn't work with Expedia because it wasn't their fault...

We had an awesome experience buying cars there. Demetrius was very helpful as he showed us several options before we make a decision. Fees were very reasonable compared to other dealerships.

We had a great experience. Fast, easy, no pressure, great price, and good customer service. My only issue was there was no heat during a cold snap, and it apparently had been a problem off and on for days. Employees (and customers) were having to wear winter jackets and gloves inside. Hertz needs to take care of its employees and make sure they have a suitable environment to do their work. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience!

Drove to get a car that I had expressed interest in...and it was "claimed " by Carvana when I got there. They had several others that were similar to the one I wanted..but none of them would start...I guess because they had been there so LONG the batteries were DEAD...I WAS A CASH BUYER.....

Saw a car advertised in stock at local Charlotte location advertised for 13,295. Went to see it with my daughter, it would be for her, but the rep said it was getting an inspection and he would call us when done. Never called and now the price is 14,995. Run from this place, run far away. Pricing bait and switch!

A relative leased a car here; good service but the staff’s behavior was a lil questionable (especially the manager) probably because of the whole salesman gimmick idk. I’d still recommend them to other people because my relative was satisfied with their purchase.
