I'll try and keep this brief. Bottom line - Home Depot brought back my stove damaged and is now ignoring all phone calls.
Its sad really - I've shopped here a LOT over the years and spent a ton of money at this very store.
I ordered a new LG Induction stove here. Delivery day came and delivery driver brought it in, it wouldn't push all the
way against the wall driver said to move my 240V outlet, told him I can't do that and to take the stove back, he refused saying he'd
already delivered it, my old stove was 30' away in my garage, they then went into my garage, closed the door and loaded my stove into their truck and sped away
like they robbed a bank (imho they stole my stove at this point). Completely against my wishes - I told them take the new stove away please and just put my old one back.
I saw them driving away and called the driver he screamed at me saying "CALL HOME DEPOT ITS NOT MY PROBLEM"
Called Home depot, not any help so I went down in person, they explained the delivery team is a different company
there was nothing they could do, they called the delivery folks etc. etc.
Delivery team calls saying they'll bring my stove back in two days, ended up being 5 due to snow etc. again no urgency at all
to return my property
They finally bring my stove back and its damaged and filthy. The rear corner has been smashed into something.
Driver said he called it in (nice driver this time)
Called Home depot talked to appliance dept manager (again.) was told she filed an insurance claim and "that's all she can do" (very curt with me)
As I sit here today I've heard nothing about the "insurance claim", The manager no longer returns any of my phone calls
I'll have to go down there in person again I suppose but I'm exhausted by it all.
So - Home depot has damaged my property refuses to compensate me or even acknowledge it in any way and I can't get a hold of anyone.

Amanda in paint is the worst I waited for 20 minutes while six people went looking for her. Wasting my gas and time now I have to drive to another Home Depot. So thank you so much Amanda didn't paint.

Went to customer service music was blaring from wifi speaker pointed directly toward customers.A guy came up and turned up volume all the way after they told him it was ok.I was treated completely rude by Julia a black woman that was more interested in her music than her job.My card didn't swipe and she told me I couldn't put the number in the machine acting like I was returning old merchandise. I was seconds away flipping out.I am a contractor that spends thousands a year at Home Depot actions like this will make me go somewhere else

This used to be a good store with great customer service but past several times it’s non-existent. you would think that they are busy and that’s why you don’t get any attention. I came eat 7:30am when there are not so many customers and a lot of associates who are avoiding eye contact and walking away or passing you by like you are invisible. I was literally looking at every one that passed by me or I passed by, and not even one approached. Stopped near the self-service key machine which was down. There was an other one, that required associate and no one willing to help. I approached one associate myself and he told me “just go find someone wearing orange apron in the next two else because I don’t see anyone close by. I can’t believe that’s what happened… He was right there, right then and wearing orange and told me go find someone else. Then he added: “or you can go to the register and ask them call someone”. That’s all service I got there. I don’t understand how this store is even making sales when everyone is literally afraid to meet a customer like me with simple question. I left thousands and thousands of dollars at this store in the past several months. Won’t be coming back. There are plenty other stores around and I am ok to drive to actually get service I need. The Laws is really across the road and you’ll get greeted and approached by associates at the door before you even went to find what you need. It’s not something I want, it’s something I need and expecting from the store like this. I will be making big purchases this year for roof repairs, for remodeling and for the backyard work including fence and this store does not deserve even a penny. Sorry guys, at this point I gave up on you. Most likely it’s management problem. I used to work in retail as department manager and I know what it takes for a good customer service. You guys are getting paid because we shop there and you are the ones who are pushing customers away. Simple “hello, how may I help you” would mean a lot for people walking in and looking to get something. Instead you are turning your head away or standing through me like you are manequins or like I am invisible.

Came in to get a large amount of lumber on 2 occasions and the entire dept was empty. I asked the lumber cashier for assistance and he gave me a look my dog gives me when I ask him math questions. There were 5-6 others waiting and we were all searching for help!! Everyone ended up leaving. Never coming to this location again. I drove down the street to Lowe’s and was asked if I needed help before I even found what I needed…thanks Home Depot 😃

They have the stuff you need, but you better know going in what that is, because the orange aprons won't help at all. Try Lowe's for better service.

This is one place in Charlotte that I visit almost every day. Because I always have little projects and Home Depot always has just what I need.
