They are just lies, they never answer and they do the taxes wrong when you have a problem it is a lie they never help you and above all they are so expensive it's just the name and they don't do a good job I would say licensed thieves

Absolutely horrible experience. Completely over priced and they tried telling me i owed a ton of money for my tax return. I told the lady to redo my taxes because it had to be wrong. She insisted it was right. Many months later and a very long process i am getting all of my money back that they tried telling me that i owed. Do not go here they don’t know what they are doing.

Online quote said $85 for tax returns. Girlfriend went to get hers done and was charged $365?? I cancelled my appointment immediately theres for sure more affordable options with the same quality of work

Absolute worst experience of my life.I had an appointment on Sunday to do a drop off with Breda. With a drop off, you’re still supposed to have a 15 minute sit down. That never happened. The receptionist took my W2 & all forms. I called on Tuesday morning after not having heard back from anyone and I was told Breda would be calling me. I called back at 5ish later that day when no one called me back. At that time I find out that no one had done my taxes. (Why was I not told this in the morning when I called? Why did no one call me back?) I had to fight with whomever answered the phone to let me speak to the manager, the manager gets on the phone & says that she will have someone do them now. At this point, Karen Stephen is supposed to be doing my taxes, she calls and let’s me know that they lost my form for my stocks. I let Karen know that I’m driving but I will send them to her asap. 20 minutes later I send over the form to Karen’s email, at the same time I call to verify that she received it. At this point another person answers the phone and says that Karen is gone for the year and my taxes are done. I explain that my taxes can’t be done bc she was waiting on a form from me & I just sent it. The lady hangs up, calls Karen & then calls back telling me to file an extension & that Karen will meet with me the following morning, Wednesday. Wednesday morning comes, and I am at their location. Karen never shows up & is unreachable. I then have to resend my forms to the worker who is there, and what do you know, it’s Breda who finishes my taxes, the lady who was supposed to do them originally. While I’m there, Breda winds up finishing several people’s taxes because they were missing a form and were told to meet with their accountant that morning. One of the accountants working with another customer is on speaker phone with that customer and says he isn’t coming and therefore Breda had to finish that customers taxes as well. The entire establishment, and their employees, needs to be restructured.

SPENT OVER 1000 Dollars Getting My Taxes Done Only For My Name To Be Spelled On On ALL THREEE RETURRRNSSS!???? &My Son's Social Security Number To Be Keyed In Wrong. I'm Having Several Issues. I Thought Spending All Of This Money Would Help Me With My Issues Now I Feel Like I'm Drowning Even More! Make Sure You Check Your Returns Before Leaving.

Online and at the site it said it would be open on Monday. I scheduled an appointment for Monday at 10:00 a.m. . When I arrived it was closed I waited over 2 hours and it was still closed. Was very unhappy with service due to the fact that it was closed when it should have been open.

If you have a complaint do no talk to the offices manager Thresca (not sure if thats the right spelling). She is very unprofessional. I had called to get a status of my taxes after waiting a week speaking with Helen who said that i was good to go with my submissions and my taxes would be done, and that my tax rep would call me in 2-3 days.Thresca answered and was unbelievably unprofessional and rude when i was relaying this info to her and cut me off demanding my info. Then told me that my case was never assigned, i was shocked and asked how that happened and started to feel anxious because deadline for taxes is coming and i was understandably anxious. I had to deal with alot of piling life events that id rather not post here and i was crying. The whole time this supervisor was degrading me treating me rudely kept interrupting and hanging up on me when i asked for a supervisor since i was not getting anywhere with her. After the many times of calling back to talk to someone a front desk clerk Maria picked up she was nice and compassionate she deserves that supervisor position not Thresca.She took info and got me in touch with Betty anne who went above and beyond to make sure a resolution was made. And who despite me in tears made sure i felt helped and that we can work to problem solve together. I just moved to Charlotte NC from Pittsburgh PA and i had to find a new tax person hence me having to use HR Block. My taxes feel so complicated this year so i wanted to be sure a professional would take care of them.If Thresca is reading this i want to apologize for being upset and in your eyes you probablythought i was being unreasonable or sensitive, but under no circumstances is it okay to treat others like this. This didn't have to escalate, ive worked in customer service 10+years and healthcare for 5 years. this pandemic has left me with emotional scars, but i keep going because i am passionate about my job and care for my patients and coworkers. I understand customer service is hard and you may have been having a bad day. But you're a supervisor your job is to de- escalate and rise above and set example for those under you. Its heartbreaking that your employee Maria had to do that instead of you her supervisor. I think she deserves a huge raise or she deserves the management position. I saw the receptionist job is 20k-39k which is not nearly enough for the level of skill she displayed.The higher up Betty anne was also amazing and also deserves a raise she made me feel happy at the end and heard. And made me feel helped Thats also how Thresca should have made me feel.

The accountant lacked guidance; I was telling him what to do. I wish he had served more as a coach to me. I had to call my dad multiple times throughout the visit.
