3/16/2024 10:50Everything was awesome! The host was a bit robotic, but he's cool. Waitor is awesome. But..... I had to use the restroom, and what I saw has so far ruined my experience.There is urine on the floor around the urinal. I couldn't even get close to the urinal to use it. Then bam went to a stall there is tissue on the floor that had chocolate colored matter all over it.Someone should be checking these restrooms frequently enough to ensure that a restroom like this doesn't negatively impact customers' experience.However... due solely to how professional my waitior was! I have to leave 5 stars. He is definitely geared towards facilitating a pleasant experience for IHOP customers. Emmanuel is the sole purpose for these 5 stars. I was initially leaving 3 stars because of that 'Nastass' bathroom. But... Emmanuel was absolutely awesome.Vegetarian options: Almost anything on any dish can be substituted for a plant based option. The Big Steak Omelette with the impossible meat substitute is awesome.

Potentially the best IHOP in Charlotte food wise with disappointing service.This IHOP location is located in a busy shopping plaza. There are other competitors nearby, so parking can be a challenge during peak hours. There is rooftop parking if all parking spaces are taken.This IHOP looks like most standard locations. It looks like it was either opened or remodeled not too long ago since there is minimal damage to the restaurant. The tables are clean & the staff does a good job preventing sticky tables.This IHOP is consistently servicing solid brunch. It doesn't matter if it's on a busy Sunday or middle of the day on Wednesday, the food is consistently solid.My recommendations would be the cinn-a-stack pancakes, stuffed French toast, & their combo meals. The eggs are cooked perfectly each time. It's impressive.This IHOP's downfall lies with the service. I'm not stating that all service is awful. However, more times than not, we experience poor service as a whole. This includes not bringing drinks until after our meals arrive, not having silverware, not refilling drinks, & long delays between service. This can be frustrating for some customers. However, our orders usually come out accurate.If you're looking to cure that IHOP crave or somewhere to grab brunch, I can recommend this location if you can understand some of the challenges you may face.If it wasn't for the food being spot on each time, I probably wouldn't come back.

Came here with my family for breakfast on our last day of vacation. The food was decent (eggs weren’t) and the service was cool. This location was very busy, but the wait for food wasn’t extremely long.

My Boyfriend and I went to this ihop and when we were leaving the waitress and I guess manager man were saying we didn’t pay. My Boyfriend showed the manager and waitress the charge in my Boyfriend’s bank but they insisted that he pay again because their system had his ticket open. He showed them the date with the charge and they still pressured him soooo bad and he felt sooooo uncomfortable that he paid again on a new receipt that the manager printed out, so we could just leave the situation. This all happened at the front of the store as people are walking past us. This ihop harassed and robbed him. I got the manager’s contact card but I’m going to pray on it before I post his name. We ended up spending $80 just for a grimy experience.Update: The manager is Bobby Williams.

I waited 30 minutes for a short stack in Turkey sausage. When my first order came out it was cold so they had to send it back.I asked to speak to a manager And all he said that he would look into it not offering any type of solution for me. The manager on duty was BOBBY

Maria was so awesome. She is the only reason I gave this place 5 stars. Because her service was excellent, she made sure the food was excellent. She engaged with her customer. This is the first time I have left a big tip. I'm Going Out to eat. But she deserved it.

Well, there are tons of breakfast places around that promise to give you good food and experience but this is one the best. Not only it is affordable but also good quality.
