Charlotte Airport’s InMotion Entertainment is a great stop to get electronic supplies such as a battery charger for your laptop or mobile phone. They sell Apple products as well as Android.Lisa was very helpful and friendly!I bought a mobile charger that prevents the iPhone from overheating, which is a new technology and very cool. I’ve got quite a lot of variety to spend time looking at while are you waiting for your flight at Charlotte International Airport. Several stores throughout the Airport.

Like most airport stores, the prices are a bit extravagant. They currently have a deal 70 dollars off a airport travel kit (headphones, charging cable and charger) with a purchase of 575.00 plus. Sorry but no thank you. 50 percent off a 375.00 suitcase I can buy at Ross for under 50.00.

I am heading back home and stepped into the iStore at CLT just to browse. I had just finished blowing my budget (and then some) on vacation so I was not out to buy. Anthony was great! He helped me try out the bone-conducting earphones (or should I say in-front of-the-ear phones; I've wanted to do try them for a while). He was so nice and so informative, he *almost* made a sale despite the pitiful state of my finances. I hope to run into him again the next time I am in CLT!

Tried this place twice hoping for better customer service but, unfortunately was met w/ RUDE clerks that made your questions seem STUPID!! Only go there if you know what you want & do not appreciate customer service!

Expensive, though that's expected at the airport. But the employee I encountered was very rude. Aside from when I startled her upon entering the store, she never spoke. She communicated with me in a series of grunts. She didn't even tell me my total. I had to look at the register to see. I don't know if that's a theme for this particular airport, but an employee at another store also didn't speak.

Vert unprofessional business! When you call the store you get an automated message that "the person you're calling has a voicemail that has not been setup, please try your call later", then disconnects your call.Perhaps this is why the business is so poorly rated on Google...

I purchased a rechargeable battery pack approximately 6 1/2 months ago and for some reason they would not hold its charge. I went into the store at terminal D next to Johnson & Murphy. I explained my situation to the manager and the were very accomdating. Thank you very much for all of your help!

This is the only store in the airport (that I could find) that carries the gel pieces that surround most in-ear headphones. One of mine came out, and that’s a horrible feeling on a long flight. For that reason alone, 5-stars.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!An Employee at this store (Charlotte Douglas International airport location) stole my credit card # after I purchased a pair of bluetooth headphones and subsequently tried to charge $75,000.00. Luckily there were insufficient funds to allow that purchase however they then charged a Verizon bill and several other smaller charges ranging from $100-400.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!

Came here for an adapter for my new iPad for my headphones to work and they were the only ones that had it for my flight. They have everything you can need for a good flight experience and at reasonable prices.

Bought a charger for my phone from this store as per the recommendation from their staff but did not check if it was working in the store itself. Finally after i reached my destination tried to charge my phone and the charger was not compatible. it was very hard as the charger even ruined my phone by causing a battery drain.
