I have worked for J&J for several months and found it to be a really good company to work for until 4-12-23. That day I had to pick up a load out of Savannah at the port. I arrived at about 12:30. After waiting in line for 3 hrs I was told that I was sent to the wrong warehouse.I immediately inform Sonja so she knows there will be a delay. I drive to the other warehouse to discover I am the only truck. After waiting another hour I realize that I haven't seen anyone over here. I get and look around, knock on building doors and roam around to try and get someone's attention. Again, I inform Sonja of the situation in hopes that she would be able to call someone to see what's taking so long and get no response. I go to the dispatch office and it was closed. I can't find anyone to help and now sonja isn't responding to my messages. I asked what I should do and still nothing. I decided to go to the truck stop 9 miles away to try again the next morning. Again I messaged her of my decision.IT takes another 30-40 minutes just to be approved to leave. As I'm enrout to the truck stop she messaged me " if you abandon this load you no longer work for J&J". I immediately call and try to explain the situation only to be yelled at and spoken to like a child ultimately being told "bring my trailer back to the yard, your done with J&J. The next day I get back to the yard and have a meeting with the owner and Sonja only to have her lie and say I abandoned the load and for her to lie again by saying I abandoned another load when they assigned me a trailer that wasn't there. I strongly advise not working here. The money is good, but with their conditional safety rating it is next to impossible to get a backhaul. When they make mistakes they blame the driver. When the customer makes mistakes, even when the customer admits fault, they blame the driver. I really wish I had worked out, but I have moved my truck and trailer to another company. I hope this saves good drivers from the same troubles I had.
