Absolutely DIVINE pizza. Crust is so crispy you can hear the crunch, but it's also soft on the inside. (Deep dish style) their sauce is absolute perfection and the amount of toppings is perfect. Jet's has the best pizza in Charlotte, fight me.

We love Jet's but the last few months their delivery has been downhill and arrives cold. We order from their site but doordash delivered it at least once. Not sure if that's what they use all the time but if that's the case they should really put a seal on the pizza box like most other places do so we know it hasn't been tampered with.At least the food is usually good but on our most recent order 1/5 that wasn't the case. We ordered 2 deep dish breads (both the same) and 1 was burnt. The other was cooked well but they must have cut it with a knife that had cinnamon and sugar on it. It tasted sweet and we could even see the cinnamon in the bottom of the box as shown in the 2nd picture.

This place is ridiculous. Ordered a few times and literally every single time there’s been an issue. They use DoorDash drivers for delivery, so there’s zero communication between the driver and you. You have no idea where the food is. We ordered a pizza last week and after an hour, called the store to inquire on where it was. The guy had no idea what i was talking about, meaning it was never made. Was put on hold for several minutes while they came up with a lie to tell us. The manager said “sometimes the doordash drivers steal food”… i know this was a lie because the kid i spoke to before her said they didn’t even see our order come through. I asked when it was picked up by a driver and it was crickets. At least get your lies straight! I told her i wanted a refund with a receipt of proof. She told me there was no way to send a receipt of refund, but assured me it was refunded. Also a lie. We were never refunded. Instead, they took over $30 from our account. In the middle of a dispute with our credit card company currently. All in all, not worth it and horrendous “customer service”. Zero stars.

I ordered the pepperoni pizza, boneless wings with a sprite. It was delicious and a short wait. Sat next to the Japanese restaurant and ate there is no dining in.
